the host is a very hospitable person. the room i ordered had a strong smoke smell so the host offered be 2 bedroom apartment (super big) for the same price. it was very nice! the location is very good btw, would love to stay one more time

The beds were a little bit uncomfortable. The owner required payment in cash. He arrived at the apartment in the evening without any previous warning and required us to pay immediately in cash. He also didn't respond to any messages when I tried to contact him through booking before our stay.

The apartment was really spacious. The location was good, close to metro. Really good value for the price.

Water was leaking on the floor from the toilet. It was confusing how to check in as there was no one there. The staff lady opened the room door with her key when I was there without knocking on the door when I was getting out of the shower without clothes - not appropriate.

Big and clean enough, it has a small kitchen with microwave and fridge, but no table.

When you are several the water for the shower is becoming quickly cold but it is useful to wake you up !

There was a strong sewage smell from the toilet and shower. The shower was also difficult to use. It was tedious to make it neither scalding nor freezing. And even once it was warm, the heat often went away for a bit and came back scalding.

Great location! The flat is very close to the Cascades and a metro station. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the appliances worked well. Great value.

Just the bed sheet. It can be changed for a thicker one. Also, clear instruction on the location of the light switch of the toilet and closet, as I initially struggle to look for it, only to find out that switch is at the back of the door of the toilet.

Tatev Apartments is like a home. It's complete with all the amenities you need in a room (bed, toilet, kitchen, microwave, closet). Only the bed sheet should be changed with a thicker one. I even fixed my comforter (which was ready on the closet). Location wise, it's beside American University of Armenia, and just make a walk downstreet, you will find the store. There's a 24-hour GrillAM Store where I bought the grilled chicken. The receptionist - Mr. Goqor - is very polite and assisted up to the last minute of my stay (I checked-out @ 1am and he patiently made sure that I will be picked-up by the driver to the airport. Thank you Tatev Apartments.

The language barrier made it difficult to communicate but still the owner of the property manage to deal with us properly and answers to our requests/needs.

The location of the property is just in the city where it is accessible for transportation, shops and restaurant. The place is quiet and safe.

I like that they have kitchen where you can cook and save money for food, they have kitchen appliances you can use. Micro oven, Pan, plates, cups, and other utensils. The bed was comfy. They have separate living room and dresser as well. I highly recommend it.

I could smell cigarettes inside the apartment. Smoking should not be allowed in the premises. Very weak Wi-Fi range, Internet was not available in all rooms.

It's a very spacious apartment. We got plenty of room to ourselves, which was very nice. Kitchen was well equipped. I was surprised by the fact that I could pay by card for the stay! The place was located near that underground station hence the city centre can be easily reached. On foot the cascades can be reached within 15 minutes. There is a 24-hour convenience shop nearby as well. There was a superb view of Ararat from the balcony.

It was impossible to adjust the hot water in the bathroom sink and in the shower. I had to wash my hair with ice cold water, brrrr. Did not manage to shower for the same reason, oops. The kitchen sink works just fine, only the bathroom is an issue. WiFi works only in the first half of the apartment (before the hall). The second half does not have an internet. There is a broken washing machine in the kitchen, not sure why it is there.

Location is great. Apartment is huge and works pretty well for large group, in our case it was 2 families with kids. These are essentially two apartments connected by a short hall. Bathroom door opens to this short hall. Each apartment has a big living room. So it is convenient to split in two groups of people. There is one kitchen. Washer is available on the ground floor.

Nice clean apartment, strong reliable wifi. Few minutes walk to a metro station and only 15 mins walk to city centre (Opera, restaurants and attractions). Friendly staff Street parking in front of property
