Thank you for a comfortable stay. Everything was included and finally we have found a hotel in Yerevan with good shower facilities. Surprisingly, all the hotels in the centre struggle to provide basic plumbing and hot water. This one ticks that box.

For a stay for an adult and a child one bath towel was a bit sparse, it would have been great to have a set of 2. Other than that everything else was great. Thank you!

It’s so clean and comfortable

Not very good breakfast

It was very clean.The whole building was new.The room inside was very pretty with the city view.They provided everything necessary.I was extremely happy.And the best part was the price.

I liked how clean it was. The woman Arevik was the only person in the hotel who did everything to make me and my 2daughters happy. She was kind, helpful, always ready to help. I can't say the same about the girl and the boy working at the reception on August the 11th. They were rude and fooling me all the time with any question I approached to them.

I didn't like the extra bed they prepared for me. It was broken, I fell down while being on it at night. I was forced to sleep on the narrow sofa the 1st day, because there was no appropriate employee to fix it at night. I had booked from 9-12 August, mentioning my check-in time from 00-1:00 am, upon arrival it was already 1:10 night. It means we arrived on August the 10th. They refused to refund the money for Aug 9th, the day I never stood there. I booked at 11:50 at night, letting them know I would arrive in an hour. But they charged for the 9th as well. No matter I never stood there. They couldn't keep the room empty for me beforehand , because I booked an hour before arrival. So it was not the reason to charge. What comes to breakfast, there was nothing to eat the 1st morning, because we came at 10:30, as the employee said they were closing at 11:00 am that's why we were late....😬 Coming 30 minutes earlier seemed to be late.... weird... We drank juice and ate bread with butter and cheese. That was our modest l breakfast while staying in the luxe room. The girl and the boy on reception on Aug 11th were irresistible, I was waiting for their call concerning some questions, they never called me. I was forced to call them at 1:30 at night, letting them know that I still was waiting for their answer , the boy answered very rudely that they can't help because the manager was out of working day..... Couldn't they call me earlier and say the same earlier so I wouldn't sit till 1:30 am???????? Very irresponsible......

The room was good

AC was not at all working and we couldn't sleep well. It was summer so it was super hot

staff walked into our room at 8am waking us up then again at 10 despite having asked for a late checkout.... why would the cleaner walk into our room this early in the morning despite knowing that we are present.

General cleanliness

The breakfast was poor and not multi-course. It is considered the worst breakfast in a hotel I have stayed in. The room insulation is very bad, as the sound of cars and motors was as if I could hear it. As for the staff, they are average, as I asked to be woken up at two in the morning and I did not receive any notification. This is the last time I booked there. There are better hotels in Arifan at a cheaper price.

Property was well maintained, clean and spacious

Location is somewhat far from the downtown area, although this is not news.

7-8 minutes from the metro station(two stops to Republic Square). Clean modern rooms. Gym.

Rooms are quite small.

The stuff is extremely friendly and helpful.
