Staff not fluent in english

Everything was ok especially the manager was a lovely lady at all 24 hours answer to solve ur problems and very clean same as pictures nice clean cosy pool and breakfast so much they send us as a 5 person room for a 2 person room !!! The best trip with the best manager lovely gohar

the location is not the most convenient for walks, but we expected it but if you have a car or are going to use a taxi, then this is not a problem

We weren't big fans of the breakfast (you don't have a choice --they serve you whatever they have that day). However, the meals on the menu were EXCELLENT. We really enjoyed the steak, soup, salads, cheese sticks, fresh fruit, and fresh bread. Quite honestly, everything in the menu was delicious! We really loved it all. The room service is 24 hours, which was fantastic. There is also a mini fridge in the room, which was convenient.

I liked the layout of the hotel, with the fountain courtyard in the middle. This hotel was made for guests who value their privacy. We had a sitting room and bedroom. There is no dining hall in the hotel, so all meals are delivered to your room. It was different and suited us quite well! We felt safe and content in this hotel. The staff are really nice and accommodating.

Everything! Facilities with cozy sauna, free shuttle from airport, rich breakfast with local food and very friendly staff.

Too many stairs, especially with a young child. Fridge is unusable with all the things for sale in it. A little far on a congested road to get back into Yerevan proper. Good location if going on to Garni. Feels as though it is typically rented by the hour, not for the night.

The room was spacious and had comfortable seating and bedding. Excellent breakfast delivered right to the room. Nice, but pricy, fridge filled with things that we did not need. Nice shower. A beautiful fountain in the courtyard. Nice little pool and hot tub with TVs. Beautiful art which lend itself to the libertarian feel of the place. Definitely reflective of Roman society as perceived in a relatively conservative society.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly responsive and caring, assisting us with any difficulties that arose during our trip. The exterior and fountain were stunning, creating a lovely ambiance. Special thanks for the complimentary spa access, airport transfer, and in-room breakfasts. The hotel's cuisine was also outstanding, with a delicious menu offered at reasonable prices.

Exceptional service. Especially from the manager Ms Gohar. Everything from the breakfast to arranging airport transfer we feel a personal touch. The gesture of providing packed food on the way to airport while checking out the late hours says everything about how Hotel Roma treats the customers.
