We really, really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. A new, cozy, modern hotel with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including a robe and slippers. The balcony overlooking the river gave us many pleasant moments over morning coffee and evening tea. Special thanks go to the staff of this hotel, very friendly, intelligent, always smiling, which made our stay even more comfortable. The ideal solution of the hotel management was to provide a transfer to the city center. The choice of food in the restaurant was quite poor. Though I believe all the amenities are still in the process of development. It would definitely meet the standart in the nearest future.

Bathroom exhaust doesn’t work and the room service was horrible , even I asked for water 4 times they couldn’t get it . Staff has to be trained well.

The location is perfect and it’s newly renovated beautiful hotel , kitchen was about to close when we arrived still they managed to give us dinner , it was really delicious . Also their breakfast is amazing .

The only thing was a little bit difficult getting to the hotel and coming out of the hotel. The road was quite steep and paved with the stones so it was a little bit difficult to walk on it.

Beautifully designed hotel. Design of the rooms in the bathrooms are very modern very clean very well-maintained. Amazing staff very good restaurants amazing food very good prices. Very fair prices Service around the clock. The complementary items in the room I’ve never seen in any other hotels. Definitely more than a four star hotel.

I can definitely share some information about this greatest hotel.I was choosing hotel wisely for my vacation and i'm super happy that i chose Red Bridge.It's near to all touristic places you must visit but it's super quite area.You can definitely see that building this hotel was well managed. First of all special thanks to all reception staff(Sara,Mane,Gor,Gevorg,Armine,Ani,Arman,Michael)they are super helpful and doing their job properly with joy.Saras smile made my day happier.Check in was easy,without any doubt. About the Room:i chose Standard Room Believe me there's everything and more you will ever need during your stay.Complimentary Cookies were delicious.Rooms are soundproof,even tho i had riverview there was no insects.They also have restaurant with music. i was blessed to sleep with water noises. In bathroom there's Body lotion,shampoo,shower gel,conditioner,cap,comb,vanity kit,toothpaste and toothbrush,toilet paper,tissues,towels. Don't forget that everything mentioned was extras too. The shower is just perfect so that water doesn't leak out and every ladder is on a perfect spot(i was attentive) BRAVO to housekeepers,their trolly was shining,i was satisfied just by the look. About the interior-Perfect I feel in love with every corner in this hotel.loved the rugs and mirrors. yard is brilliant,as i have seen there is kids room near to breakfast area,which is clever idea. Breakfast has a good options,everything was delicious. If it was on me i would definitely live here and nowhere else. As i know this hotel opened 3 months ago,hope they will keep this service forever. My eyes are were attentive and believe me i would notice some dirt but nothing. Clean clean and clean. This hotel deserves all 5 stars. That's hidden gem of Yerevan.i will definitely come here again and again. I recommend it to everyone.

They provide baby shampoo soap n shower gel even slippers for kids in the room,,,,cookies was delicious .....bed was comfortable baby cot was safe n clean...love the view from my balcony ..republic square was approax 20 min walking distance from the hotel but the best part was atleast hotel provided free transportation from hotel to republic square ..drinks they provided close to reception they kept for guest loved it .....and my 1 year 5 months old daughter loved the kids room she enjoyed alot in the kids room at the hotel very beautiful n spacious...all the staff were helpful from reception to the restaurant etc and the best part was the view of the hotel water fountain....my daughter love the swing ...it was so relaxing in the hotel love hearing birds chirping.....

Everything was amazing! The only thing you hear the music from the nearest restaurant but it’s very quiet in the room as you have good noise isolation.

A very nice place by the river, beautiful territory, a fountain, very clean rooms , very delicious cuisine and friendly staff. Clean room, enough space and you have all the necessary facilities. They offer free transfer to the city center, you are very close but still have a nature to enjoy. They allowed us to stay with a small dog for extra price.

We had a wonderful experience at Red Bridge Hotel in Yerevan. The hotel is very new and spotlessly clean, with a fresh and modern design. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. They even allowed us to check in earlier than the official time, which we really appreciated after a long journey. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was also convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yerevan!

One only bad thing we faced .. that we had to leave 😆

Everything was just perfect ... we had a family room on a river view with balcony ... the room was super clean , tidy , a NESPRESSO MACHINE with capsules 🫶🫶 .. a special welcome for the kids with cookies in the room , kids slippers and kids box of Shower Gel and tiny soap .. also the roam has a LG smart TV with magic remote 🫶🫶 ...also iron and ironing table were there .. the breakfast is soooooo good with smoked salmon and A LOT of berries and cherries .. the words are not enough to express how good it was
