The place looks very nice, refreshing, it's cold at night so you have to wear something warm to keep you warm. The food is good, it's not the best, it needs more variety but it's good, the pool is clean, the rooms I chose were the Cozy Cottage, it's very nice, the view is on the sea like a balcony from you directly to the sea, the atmosphere is very refreshing, there are many dogs that love people and play with you while riding horses, whoever wants to relax comes to the place and I forgot to say there are swings for adults and children and a place designated for children to play

The resort is wonderful, enchanting, and full of services, with easy access to other places whether in Sevan or Dilijan. In addition, breakfast and dinner were delicious, served by a smiling, friendly, and cheerful staff, especially the lady who spoke excellent English—I’d like to send her all my regards and best wishes. The only downside is that the prices are extremely high; I paid around $25 just for laundry and ironing, in addition to the already high nightly rate. Still, I feel satisfied and happy with the experience.

They don’t provide towels at the pool or beach. You cannot sign charges to your room and you need to pay on the spot so we had to go from one end to another to get money. Bed sheets, bath towels and overall cottage were not so clean. It is very far from all the other places in the lake area and you are limited to the resort facilities only which are very limited.

The view of the lake is great. Dinner buffet is quite good however breakfast could have a live station.

The place grew significantly since we were last here five years ago. Would have stayed there longer if we knew. Nice facilities, cottages, place for kids to play. Recommend for a family stay for sure!

Staff is unbelievably professional and kind. Anyone we came into contact with went out of their way to greet us and help with anything needed. I left some (important) items behind and they coordinated a taxi for drop-off. Food was AMAZING. The only complaint I would have is there really is no room service BUT we got a package with three meals included and the buffet was spectacular for breakfast, lunch and dinner. WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK.

The setting at Noy Land Resort is truly stunning — our room had a breathtaking view over the lake and mountains, and the whole place invites you to slow down and enjoy the beauty of nature. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the buffet, which didn’t quite match the level of the rest. Still, a beautiful and memorable stop on our journey.

This is a suggestion: Maybe at the gate, install a ringbell directly to Recepcion. It would avoid waiting times, in the absence of person at the gate.

The mechanical locks of the doors are failing. The magnetic cards also have issues, as we had to replace our magnetic card twice. The first card was not working at all, the replacement card also stopped working in a day. The window in the bathroom went broken and it fell out down on the floor because of a missing mounting. As a result, it was very cold and audible, so we could not use the shower anymore for the rest of our stay. The soups are lukewarm. The coffee machine required cleanup procedures every day and nobody was preventing or noticing or fixing it. We had a massive lunch on the first day served to us. But for some reason all subsequent days we had to self-serve the lunches.

The location at the Sevan lake is just amazing! The golf cars are also nice, and the personnel are very responsive when we call for their assistance. The food and drinks are good, too.

The toilet smelled a bit off, most staff don’t speak English, and there are no shops nearby, so make sure to grab everything you need beforehand. Rooms don’t have DND or “Make Up My Room” signs, housekeeping came in once while we were sleeping and disturbed our rest.

Super relaxing with stunning views right on Lake Sevan. The restaurant food was fresh and delicious, and breakfast was nice too. They surprised us with a bento cake for our anniversary, which was such a sweet touch. They also offer daily room cleaning. We came in April, it was chilly and rainy. Summer’s probably the best time to stay so you can swim in the lake and the pool.

The tap water has a muddy smell. There was a bit of a language barrier, which made communication challenging at times, and the food wasn’t quite to our taste though surroundings were truly impressive.

The resort is beautiful and well-designed, with a view that is absolutely picturesque. I would definitely come back and stay longer. The reception staff were very hospitable and welcoming. My son enjoyed the horse ride, which was also very affordable.
