The hotel Is very good, expecially if you are travelling by car. It has got free parking in front of the main door. The wifi connection Is good. The breakfast Is good too.

The hotel could be cleaner and use a safe and a kettle in the rooms, the breakfast was not bad but could improve a lot more.

The price of the hotel was good especially if you don’t want to spend a lot of money on accommodation. Close to Yerevan mall you can walk to it, Good staff, and they also had water coolers so no need to buy water bottles.

The Hotel is located near the train station and not far from the city center, the room was quite good and very spacious, the breakfast was a little bit poor, but it was ok. A decent Hotel for a very good price

The dog barking a lot in the night disqualified the hotel to a 10! Otherwise everything was ok. And I would absolutely stay here again.

An almost perfect location arriving with the train from Tblisi. Very nice staff and a good breakfast with vegetables, egg, meat for non-vegetarians, local cheeses etc. The area was a little scaring early morning, but after a day I could see the area being nice, started to find more and more shops, a giant supermarket, many toy stores and only two stations from city center with subway. A good internet and nice common rooms to sit in as a change. The hotel is on the Metro-side of the station, after the bus station.

I couldn't find any big stores within walking distance.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station and metro. Convenient place to stay if you are traveling by train. The rooms are clean and pleasant.

The AC isn’t cold at all. We went in the summer and the AC was bloody not making the room cold. The bathroom is odd as it has a glass see through seen from the bedroom outside. We had to ask the staff to cover with a blanket as we friends traveling and we could literally see each other naked while taking shower. The bed was also not comfortable as it was hard and the top foam was moving a lot.

It has a lift, location is near Yerevan Mall.

Breakfast was limited.you didn't have many options to choose (but it worth the price). There was not electric kettle and water, coffee or tea in the room.

Room # 315 was not suite like they put it on the Booking.com . It was a simple standard room with 1 bed, desk and chair and no city view, because window was small and very high with construction view.

The room had problems with the drain in the sink. Guess they could be easily resolved upon request, but I had a very short stay.

The hotel is quite comfortable, nice lobby with a beautiful aquarium and a spiral staircase. The rooms are cozy and modern. WiFi worked well during my stay.

The breakfast starts too late, at 09:00am. The lift is dangerous. We were stuck in it. Luckily we were able to open the doors and get out.
