How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nothing. We are happy with absolutely everything.
It was a really wonderful stay. The position of the hotel is perfect (near shopping pedestrian street Northern Avenue, also not far from Republic Square). There is everything around: restaurants, bars, pharmacies, ATMs, 24/7 supermarket.The staff is indeed very friendly, kind, comprehensive and flexible. The rooms are clean. Breakfast was very tasty and diverse (omelette, tea/coffee/ vegetables, fruit, juice etc.) We are so happy!! Highly recommended.

Amazing location right in the middle of the city. A little strange when you’re driving up to it but it’s location on the bottom floor of an apartment building. Extremely clean and very good breakfast with delicious cherries. Staff were wonderful and very friendly.

IT WAS PERFECT

The rooms are on a basement level. So, you have cars parking literally above your head. It's also a bit noisy when people are passing around, if you have the windows open. However, we've read this from previous reviews while booking, so we were prepared beforehand :) Summary - If you are sensitive to noise, take some earplugs. This is the only reason we are giving 9/10 as general rating for the hotel.
The ladies from the reception were amazing. Even though they didn't know English, they did their best to accommodate us just like being home. The room was small but it had everything you need - 2 bottles of water (every day), cattle, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste... The hotel location was perfect, 10/10 - close to everything worth seeing in Yerevan. Overall, value for money 10/10!

Hotel is centrally located, close to everything. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. I want to make a special note about the staff - they were super nice, helpful, accommodating. Nice breakfast too. The only thing is that the room is below street level and we were not comfortable opening windows to let fresh air in. Also our room was pretty small though for a short stay it’s fine, for longer stay it got a little crowded and we missed a table because there was a kettle and we felt like some tea in the evening. Still I would recommend this hotel.

There was no remote controller for the air-conditioner. So, we had to open the windows but the noise outside disturb us
The location is convenient to the restaurants, mart, pharmacy and the landmarks we visited. The staff were very helpful and nice and also booked us a taxi ride.

I would have liked to see the room a little cleaner, but it wasn't a problem.
Unbelievably cool location of the hotel! Very tasty and different breakfasts every day. The hotel is suitable for staying with small children. Good staff at the reception.

Great value for this money. Nice and clean rooms. Perfect location! Literally 1 min to the main touristic area. Special mention to Armen. He helped a lot to me and my mother to find the best attractions, and helped to rent a good car. Thank you for taking care about us. Definitely would be returned.
