About the stuff: depends on the person, from poor to excellent. I didn't manage to see Ararat from the room, perhaps due to the atmosphere (humidity).

The location is perfect in the middle of the downtown. You can walk anywhere, and the room is clean and spacious.

Very good breakfast, in summer starting at 7:30 am, early enough if you go on a tour.and very central location. Luggage is kept in lockers if you check out and leave later during the day.Very friendly staff and a clean, well equipped room Neutral: the ground floor of the building (hostel is level 7+) inside & outside could be less residential so the hostel can be easier recognized .

all was good, the electricity was disrupted for a few hours during our stay, but that was no problem for us.

This is our second stay at Kantar, never fails to impress us. The team are kind and helpful, the apartments are clean, the central location and very convenient, breakfast is good and freshly made. Definitely will be our first option when visiting Yerevan again.

Excellent location in city centre, close to Republic square. Manager David is very friendly and helpful. There was a technical problem with our room and he pro actively communicated and offered upgrade. Very nice breakfast buffet. Clean, spacious and comfortable room.

I spent two weeks at Kantar Hotel and Kantar Hostel (switched between private rooms across both) and it was such a wonderful stay, I could not recommend this accomodation enough. The staff were attentive, helpful and kind. The place got cleaned thoroughly daily, and my god, the breakfast every morning was sooo delicious and there was so much variety of food. Extremely convenient location too, just 5 minutes from Republic Square.

Parking in the area is tough (but the staff helped a lot) and I parked without any problems.

The staff was extremely helpful and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious and big variety. The location was great. The room was big and spacious. The common room in the hotel was great.

I didn't like that I couldn't pay in advance at time of booking. The matter is that I am travelling on company cost and room was booked by assistant. And I didn't like that I had to pay at arrival.

We were withouth water 2 times. Once, the whole night. Somewhat noisy because of the next door construction site.

The rooms are really nice and ok, though a bit expensive for a hotel in the appartment building and next to the construction site (Yerevan is expensive). Great breakfast, a crowded dining room. Ok location.

We really liked everything about this place and will rent it again when travelling to Yerevan.

This is a very spacious apartment in downtown Yerevan nicely tucked away from the noisy main streets. The staff is very caring and helpful, they there at any time of the day to help you out in every possible way. We had a complimentary cake and wine after they found out we had a birthday of a family member and it was a very nice touch.
