Excellent value for money. Hotel is not located downtown Yerevan, but is served very well by the pubblic transportation (10 minutes by bus to the center). Very kind and helpful personnel. A particular thanks to Lilit and Vahe for their kindness and assistance.

There is a ceiling beam above the stairs on the second floor, tall people can hit their heads.

We stayed there many times - and each accommodation was just fine! Rooms are big, clean. Beds are huge, mattresses are comfortable. This time we're in a renovated room, I had nothing to complain about. We had to leave in the early morning, that's why I can't comment a breakfast there. We'll definitelly come again!

She was incredibly kind and helpful, even managing to get us a better deal on our return visit when booking.com failed. If you are a senior there is no elevator and the carpet upstairs can sometimes catch your feet.

The rooms were spacious with lots of room and bathroom was nice with tap water drinkable. Breakfast had a hard working gal who did a great job preparing different types of cooked eggs each day. Using the Yandexgo taxi app allows for cheap access to anywhere in Yerevan.

The breakfast was good, but it could use some improvement in variety. The options were limited, and I was hoping for a bit more diversity, especially when it comes to fresh choices and hot dishes.

Incredibly friendly and very accommodating staff thanks to Lilit, Vahe and the lady in the restaurant ( I forgot to asked her name). They were always available to assist with any requests and made sure that our stay is comfortable. We reached the hotel 2 hours before the check in but they gave us early check in free of charge. I would recommend the place if you're looking for a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Perfect for anyone wanting a relaxing stay with a bit of distance from the city noise.

Everything was generally fine with our stay, and initially, all appeared as expected. However, this time, the bathroom was not as clean as usual, as there were some hairs left on the floor. While this was a minor oversight, it's understandable that things like this can happen occasionally.

Upon arriving at the hotel, everything was as expected. The front desk staff greeted us warmly and efficiently handled our check-in. Our room matched the online descriptions perfectly. I always prefer this hotel for my short time staying and will continue use this hotel for my every staying in Yerevan.

As there are more clients from UAE and Muslim countries, it would be better if you mention that the foods are halal or not.

The hotel is the same as in the picture. Easy access to tourist destinations. Neat and clean. Quiet ambience, Breakfast is nice as well. Overall, the experience is great.

The wi-fi connection is poor, it’s not enough if you are planning to use it for calls. The hotel is located rather far from the center, but it’s not a big problem, as the taxi is cheap.

The hotel is costly and the rooms are equipped with everything necessary, including toiletries in the bathroom and tea-coffee-water in the room. The beds and pillows are comfortable. It’s very quiet in the room despite the construction nearby. The breakfast was quite nourishing and various.

Going home..

The perfect place with perfect stuff, particilarly the 34 looking 44 yo lady at reception - she made me mesemarised by her kindness and helpfulness that could never memorised her name. Rooms are cleaned every day, toothbrush toothpaste everything, perfect tasty breakfast all in for about 25euros! Unbelievable! Will go back! Spent 15 nights there ,was hard to leave!
