Take a photo of your minibar before checking out. Staff pulling shady stuff with claims of opened items that you never opened. I think they only do this if you check out at night and haven't bought their overpriced breakfast or other minibar items. Such a shame and drops this from 10 stars to 8 stars.

Room was small, they gave 2 free water bottles daily by calling room service and they don’t smile at your face. Reception people are serious and unsupportive and just want you to check out to accommodate another people

Just the breakfast, I didn’t like it much and I skipped it the last day of stay. Also the room is quite small though I booked an upgraded one.

This was my second stay at Hayasa, and I came back because of how wonderful it is. The hotel is clean, the staff are helpful, and everything feels welcoming and comfortable. It’s always a pleasant experience — I’ll definitely return again! Im recommending it to everyone

I had a great stay at Haysa Hotel. The place is very clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. One thing I really appreciated was that the bathroom had a bidet, which added to the comfort. Definitely a solid choice for anyone visiting the area.

All the staff were amazing, warm and friendly. My regular interactions were with Davit & Karo on reception and Milena at breakfast. All were attentive, helpful and welcoming so thank you for making my stay so pleasurable. You made it feel like a home away from home, especially as I was travelling by myself. The Deluxe room I stayed in was homely, cosy and clean. I preferred this to the standard room (which I viewed) so it’s worth the extra money if you can manage it. The location was spot on and central. It was a 5 min walk from Saryan street (filled with trendy, rustic cafes, bars and restaurants) and 15 min walk from Republic Square. The breakfast was top quality and the bar had a great range of cocktails and wine. I would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I had an incredible experience at Hayasa Hotel Yerevan. Everything was amazing—from the cozy and stylish rooms to the impeccable cleanliness and top-notch amenities. The location is also super convenient, making it easy to explore the city. I especially want to highlight the night shift trainee staff, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. He was extremely attentive, polite, and proactive—genuinely one of the most dedicated hotel staff members I’ve come across. He absolutely deserves to get this job full-time. Hospitality needs more people like him! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan. Will definitely come back.

The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming, especially Sonya. She went above and beyond—not only was she helpful with her regular duties, but when we needed someone to help us translate for a taxi, she kindly stepped in and assisted us. Her kindness and professionalism made a big difference in our stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

I had such a great stay at this hotel that I ended up extending my stay multiple times — one night at a time, two or three times in a row. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and laid-back in the best way. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere calm and quiet — exactly what I needed. Honestly, no complaints at all. 10/10. Kudos to the whole team!
