The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had trouble finding the place but the owner directly answered the call and helped us to get there! The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a very nice dinner and breakfast in a very cozy dining area. The portions where actually pretty big and was super tasty 😊 we could feel ourselves like home !

Decent rooms with air conditioning at a reasonable price, perfect for a stop before hitting the road again. They even provide a hairdryer and hair straightener for guests.

The room had airconditioning and there was fridge for all the guests to use. The host was very nice and welcoming and gave us some recommendations. The breakfast was good and the common space outside nice. They had private parking spots in front of the house.

Being family owned, sometimes it takes time to be served, although they were very nice.

We loved the location, the small village and the hospitality. It is really nice to stop for one or 2 nights and the terrace is nice to spend the time as well.

The accommodation was truly pleasant. A very good breakfast was included in the price, and we booked a dinner (with several dishes to choose from) as well as a wine tasting in advance. The dinner was delicious, and after the wine tasting we ended up buying some excellent homemade wines. The host was very friendly and communication was great. I highly recommend this place!

Comfortable rooms and beds. Very nice and helpful host. Good atmosphere. Location close to vine cellars and tourist sites. No kitchen for visitors, but the host gave us everything we needed - plates, bread etc.

The pillows in the room were tough and we both woke up with a neck pain. This is just a poor selection of pillows, I suppose, but I would recommend changing them. Also, they told us we can sit on a balcony on 1st floor, but they were no chairs etc., so it would need some more furniture. I was expecting this BB to be a little more "wine oriented" because of the name, but we ended up walking to some other wineries in Areni as the wine tasting here didn't seem to provide such an authentic atmosphere as some more run-in businesses.

The breakfast they made us was superb, freshly made and with a lot of varieties, including the herbal omelette and a great homemade tea. We liked the peaceful location and garden. It is a short walk to wineries or taverns in Areni. This accommodation has a "wine cellar", meaning they could make a wine tasting for you right there if you ask for it, but there is no bar or restaurant aside from that. The host was trying to be nice and everything was very clean. It is a simple and clean BB accommodation, with some colorful decorations in the rooms.

Comfortable clean guest house accommodation with friendly host. Close proximity to Noravank Monastery - 15/20 minute drive. Local dinner and breakfast offered. Very good value for money.

It's a very clean and calm place. If you need to stay away from traffic and sounds, it's a good choice. Anna the Host make delicious food for you. Must try their chicken wings and rice. If you are a wine lover, try their pomegranate wine ( home made ). If you are a pet lover, you will get a companin there ( a street dog, Anna gave him space to sleep and food )
