The location is a bit far from the center, and the neighbourhood looks run-down, with no sidewalks, so you need to watch out for the cars. Police station is next door, so the area looks safe.

Spacious and clean room, solid stable Wifi, was possible to check in after midnight, which was the main reason we booked this property. There were snacks (extra charge) in the fridge, and also a kettle, cups, and tea bags were provided. It was also possible to have breakfast on premises but we didn't take the opportunity.

The staff were very once and helpful. The owner was really kind and empathetic. She helped my parents to settle and provide their needs. The location was a bit far from city centre for elderly people.

The brekfast was not good at all, it would be better to have breakfast in the city- coffee was just a brown water, the lady serving breakfast was rude, didn´t care about refilling drinks or bringing clean glassess where there were none. There is no choice whatsoever. You will get a plate of sour salad, two eggs, 1 cold sausage and bread. As I do not eat eggs, I politely asked if it´s possible to have anything else instead and I was simply told ,,no´´. There was a small plate with cheese, cucumber and yoghurt on display, which didn´t seem to be very fresh...huge disappointment.

We had two rooms booked, both were spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. However, one of the rooms didn´t have a closet and the AC in one of the rooms was broken with a hole in it and didn´t work at all, so my friends had to sleep with window opened, which was quite noisy because of the street. However, our room was perfect and the receptionists were very nice and helpful.

Im sorry but the breakfast needs improvement, especially after the breakfast we had in other hotels in Armenia!! And staff is really good, the owner so friendly, but please smile a bit more! You guys are amazing!

Great location, quiet street next to police office. The bus stop is right across from the hotel, so easy to go in to town! Rooms are big enough and its really quiet in the night!!

There's only one option for breakfast (although I didn't have a problem with that, since there was some variation to it each day during the whole week) and some days you can wait for it for quite some time, also the selection of teas was quite small.

Rooms are nicely furnished and maintained, staff is really helpful and always available, breakfast was tasty and freshly prepared each morning.

There was a bit of a misunderstanding. Upon arrival, we were told that there was no room available due to renovations (which we had not received any warning about). There were many things that were not to our liking 1. Upon entering, we were told that our rooms were no longer available and that they would move us to another hotel (which we did not agree to). 2. The toiletries that were listed were not provided. 3. There was noise in the room.

You need to use paper slippers in the bathroom. When taking a shower, they get totally wet and hard to use. There is no phone in the hotel and you have to go to the reception every day and order breakfast, and it will be delivered to your room. Since there's no elevator, it may be hard to go up and down the stairs every day. Although in the hotel ad it was mentioned that they provide free transport from the airport, they did not.

The hotel is too clean! Towels are daily replaced with clean nes. They clean the room every day and change the sheet every few days. The staff are reliable and polite. You feel safe.
