Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesThere are sounds of loud music coming outside of the property and plus people high speeding in the road, which is a no fault of the hotel. Provided once you are out and about throughout the day, you go to sleep and those sounds will not be of any effect.
Everything, strategically located at the heart of Yerevan city. The apartment that we stayed at is very spacious and has kitchen facilities and dining area. The stuff is extremely helpful and welcoming, and happy to assist and support in any capacity. It’s a great place for trips to be made with kids.

United StatesThere wasn't a restaurant in the hotel, so we had to go outside for breakfast. This is more of an extended stay/apartment type hotel. But there was a nice bakery just next door.
The location is very close to restaurants and major attractions. They provide airport transportation for a small fee. Reception was always happy to help get information for us or make reservations. Beds were comfortable and the AC was cold!

TurkeyThere are few bars around so if they're having a concert or a party it could get loud sometimes. But if you're having trouble with it staff is always ready to help. I can't think any downsides other than that.
Location is excellent, so close to city center. There are quite few restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Staff is smiling all the time and ready to help you with anything. The place is spotless and heating is great in winter times.
