Cons: - only CASH during check-in, they do not accept cards! not convenient - old and worn towels - no window in the room (it didn't bother me, but could be in an issue for some people) - coffee machine would be nice in the breakfast room - breakfast starting at 09.00, and not earlier.

Pros: - location (close to the Republic Square, Vernissage, etc) - facilities in the room (all what was needed was there - kettle, hair dryer, toothbrush, etc) - good value for money (I paid 52 EUR for 1 night with breakfast!) - comfortable bed, clean shower - breakfast was included in the price and it was pretty decent

*Internet was a bit unstable *No proper coffee for breakfast *A bit worn out sheets and towels, cheap shampoo The hotel definitely has a great potential but I’d love to see more attention to detail in there. I had a bargain price for the suite as I booked very late but I wouldn’t want to pay full price.

I had a suite which is rather spacious and comfortable, with the window looking out into a quiet back street. The room was very clean, it had everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The bed is very comfortable too. The paintings on the walls were amazing. Location is great, everywhere in the center is walkable, a nice supermarket nearby and a few great restaurants. Breakfast is decent, home-made.

The location was excellent, right in the center of Yerevan, making it easy to explore the city. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, they allowed us to drop off our bags and even offered us some fruit while we waited, which was a nice touch.

Because of the hotel is in the city center, night was a little bit noisy.

Clean, comfortable room with everything necessary (towels, toothbrush, etc.). Staff is super super friendly, they even help me pay for parking on the street. Location is great, everything is 5-10min walk away.

No windows, the location is a little far from the downtown, there wasn’t a escalator or no restaurant. There was no sign in front of the hotel to could find its location easily.

There wasn't a window in the room I stayed in (I expected this, cause I had seen the pictures and the reviews here). It is ok for short stays but it might get inconvenient and irritating for longer stays.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the city center and only a few mins from the Vernissage. Easily accessible on foot. My room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also very clean with toiletries and hair dryer provided. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful, ready to assist with everything. The check in and out went very smoothly. The pictures here correspond to the reality (at least regarding the room I was in).
