The only thing that I hated was the weird smell in the bathroom, if they can fix it, it will be a 10/10 . Unfortunately it's like this. Hoping they can work on it so I can come again !

Everything is amazing, the owner is so helpful he gave us an upgraded room, also provided everything we asked for. The room is huge, with kitchen extra bed and so many sofas in the separate kitchen. Also they have a baby bed and shower things (if you have a baby) The restaurant food is the best in all Armenia(try their home-made wine), super yummy and clean with Jazz music with the best view ever ! There are so many places and sitting areas in the hotel we literally spent half a day there because it's super comfortable and beautiful! All the people working are so professional and helpful !

We were six people and booked three double rooms at this beautiful hotel to spend a night in the stunning town of Dilijan. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and there are plenty of cozy areas both inside and outside the hotel where you can relax. All I can say is that if you’re looking to breathe in the fresh air of a majestic mountain, walk through a lovely little garden, and feel the warmth of being at home, don’t hesitate to book this hotel. It’s located pretty far from the center so you always have to take a taxi to get anywhere.

The place is very quiet with pastoral views, perfect for getting out of the city noises and calming down. The rooms are clean so is the bathrooms. It’s a bit old vibe but we actually loved it. The restaurant is pretty good, we had there breakfasts and suppers and were satisfied by both.

Beautiful views from the window and the terrace. Delicious breakfast. The hotel is located in the older part of Dilijan. There is a grocery store nearby.

We loved everything about the stay. Amazing staff, we could just send them a message and they would arrive and fulfill our needs. The views from our room were breathtaking, I think it can compare to or even better than Switzerland. Also, there is a working fireplace and we ordered and bottle of wine from a wonderful lady by the name of Erica, the evening was magical. Got to add about breakfast, it was tasty with huge variety, full of local specialties.

The bed in our Jnr Suite was comfortable but very squeaky 🙈 This is not really a negative comment, but might be useful to guests planning your visit in the near future - there are some renovations going on, so if you are looking for silence, that’s not going to happen… but it is really lovely to see the hotel getting a facelift… good luck!

This little hotel is just the type of place we like to support. It is quirky, clean, comfortable, affordable, the food is really delicious, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is also slightly outside of town in a quiet area, and we visited towards the end of the season, so the hotel was nice and peaceful.

Proper heating in the room would be welcome in the near future (I got a small manual heater). Almost necessary to take a taxi to/from city centre or be prepared for a 40-min walk.

The hotel has lots of character. Prompt answers to my advanced questions by the owner. Staff always available and willing to help you on site (though little English is spoken). New room I got whose bed was super comfortable. Great views over the mountains from the central hall. Last but not least: plentiful and very good selection of items for the breakfast (starting at 9 AM).

It is currently having renovations and Building Materials block access. The online info states that there is a Sauna & Swimming Pool for Guests. This was not the case and we were informed that they would not be operational until the Ski Season. A Plug is required for the Sink in the Bathroom and there needs to be a Spare Toilet Roll left for guests.

Currently under some Refurb and a new Eating Area will be ready soon with spectacular views over the Mountains. Other upgrades are being made to add to the traditional ambiance offered at the Casanova Inn.

We enjoyed our stay at Casanova Inn. The staff were very friendly, including the owner, the breakfast was exceptionally good - we had never eaten pancakes that good! The rooms were clean, and the setting and the views from the balcony were exceptional. I left my phone in a taxi once on the way to the hotel and only noticed it when the taxi had left. The owner tracked down the taxi (I still don't know how!) and 30 minutes later the driver was there bringing my phone back! I will be forever grateful as it had photos of my children for the last few years.

Great location, cosy atmosphere, nice breafast. The family room is like a big apartment - 70 sq m. Special atmosphere and good views all around. Good place to park your car.

The room we had had shower combined with toilet and it wasn't separate, making it impossible to prevent one from splashing the whole room while taking a shower.

Very rich and tasty breakfasts, the staff are helpful. The decor is rather unusual but interesting.
