The location is far better than good but not excellent. Maybe this is the best neighbourhood in the city unless you prefer the city centre proper. My room had a very good window view.

They do not provide enough adaptors for their own equipments in the room(water heater, hair dryer, fridge) All these appliances have different power outlet and they gave us just 1 adaptor. Sad.

Very loud restaurant down the hill. BUT! It closes exactly at 11pm. No noise after that!

Good budget stay! The room is clean and spacious, and the linen is white and fresh. Nice view to the other slope of the hill from the balcony.

Bathroom and room to smal and defect drain so sewerage did stink.

Friendly Stuff for 24hours 7 days. Pool was warm and clean, View from third Floor to Ararad perfect in the morning, Breakfast with russian specialitys super. We walked from center to hotel in the night in 25 minutes.

The pool was cleaned, however the pool did not meet my idea of a clean pool. I chose this hotel because of the pool (posted photos), however, I could never get in there...it was not clean. In addition to the above, there is construction work going on next to the pool, which, in my opinion, is not at all compatible with lying by the pool and swimming. In my opinion, the hotel should have removed the option "pool" from the description.

There is nothing that I didn't like.

I liked how the staff was hospitable and how they adjusted my breakfast timing just because I couldn't have it at 9, so they served it to me at 8:30 before I had to leave for the conference I had been attending at AUA. I also like how the hotel is near almost everything in Yerevan. It only needed 10 max 15 min walk ☺️

The staff was helpful and kind. From the hotel you can easily reach the metro by a 10 minute walk. Nonetheless it is affordable. Great value for this price. Recommended for real travelers.

The entrance to the hotel is not very clear, lot of steps to get down with your bags. The breakfast wasn't really great and for the same value you get much better breakfast in other similar hotels.

Affordable , good sized room with a view, bed was comfortable and Aircon worked. The hotel is also quiet. Staff was helpful.

I loved the location and the staff.They were highly professional very helpful especially the girl in reception Armine She spoke good english which is rare to meet in hotels in Armenia and sh gave me a nice and clean room ! Its a grate hotel for the price

The location was great, with a city and mountain view from the balcony. It was very calm and beautiful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you have a USMLE exam at the Prometric Center, this location is convenient—just 10 minutes away from the American University of Armenia. This hotel was a good value for the price.

I ask for room clean up after a day of stay along with door tag clean sign but no action.I ask the reception that it's ok no need to clean but just empty the trash bin. He responded that no cleaner was available. It will be available only in the morning after we check out. With no complaints, I empty the trash bin mostly diapers. Out of the building from the second floor. I then asked him to give me a plastic bag for the trash bin so I can place it but unfortunately they don't have it either.. Secondly, When we arrived he said no cash coz machine was unserviceable, luckily, we (my family and my colleague's family) have enough cash that we exchange from the airport. Thirdly, my colleague booked us the Dec 21 rooms and I booked Dec 22 and 23 room for 2 families When we arrived Dec 22 at 2am, .He said only 1 3bed available rooms for family. One family will be on a 2 bed (2 adult 1 16years old and 1 8 years old) will be sleeping) but still my colleague agreed since he promised the next day he will give us what we booked. When we arrived from tour around night time My colleague expected to be transferred for another room but same reception guy declined that he give to another customer since we came late night and he thought we will not transfer. My colleague ask to refund the difference of the room. But again he said he will manage and eventually gave the room that we booked for. What a liar! Poor customer service, even plastic they don't have. As for the unserviceable machine, they should advise the people who book for them for card payment. What if we don't have cash that time and it is 2 am in the morning? Location is not near to city center.
