The staff was way out of there line they talked really rude and they when asked about something they would ignore it for hours and hours not listening to you and if you standing right in front of them and asked them something more then twicw they would shout in there language from which i understand a few words and they were making fun of us

For the amount of money I paid, I can’t complain much. It was a more than fair deal. It’s just you need to know that it’s such an exhausted property and VERY basic breakfast. But again, with its price, I could save a lot and use this money for other expenses in the city and use the place just to sleep.

Staff is very nice and helpful and really play a great rule in enhancing the stay.

Although it was a 4stars hotel, the overall experience i had was nat as my expectations. The staff were friendly, but not able to speak English. There was a Spider inside the bath, the water temperature was bot good enough to be able to take a shower, and the breakfast was not good enough. Just a few items.

The room was not soundproof, the carpet was very dirty, and the bed was not comfortable at all.

The place is far from the city center, but I loved it ،it is very calm . Transportation to and from it is very easy, and the area has all the necessary like : supermarkets and snacks...

First language barrier. Hard to speak in english. Need a google translate for the reception, room keeper, etc. Then the water when we take a bath, theres something wrong with the heater. Next, when its second day of stay we request to clean the room and we gave the key to the reception but sadly when we arrive around 5pm our room was still desame. The bed we’re not comftable and the bedsheets are itchy from the start. The breakfast we’re not satisfied, everyday still desame and it taste bland. Its far from the tourist spot like center of yerevan, you need to ride a taxi. The floor carpet was dirty too. Like its been 4 days of staying out of 6 days thats the only day they vacuum the carpet.

there were not plugs (in my room), with wich we can charge phone or etc....

the hotel is so comfortable, good stuff who tries to make your mood better. this hotel has so good view from room, normal location if you dont want to be tired from city noice. hotel rooms are really clean and comfortable.

Staff helpful, but not always quick.

Excellent value choice. Possible to walk into central Yerevan in half an hour (head straight downhill on paths/little roads). Great morning views of Ararat from the room.

Had booked for a colleague, TV was not working, window can't be closed againb once you open it, cleanliness not as expected, not a city center, just good for cheap stay

My family had 2 bedroom suite. TV didn’t work in 1 room and was uninstalled completely in the second room. The phone didn’t work. It was fixed upon request.

Staff bearly speak English except for the reception, breakfast is not good they will serve 3 different egg dish 2 omelet and boiled eggs 🥚 🥚 There is no coffeee only black tea then cold milk there is one Jag of orange juice but as there is a lot of guest having breakfast I have ask if they still have some and the attendant said no more 🙁 no hot water and drinking water during the breakfast . We moved to another hotel near the Republic square. The reception guy is very helpful to book a taxi for us using Yandex go and I paid only 800armenian dram .👍 When arrived taxi took 2000 Armenian dram from the city to the nairi hotel 🙁🙁

The toilet flush is not working. No coffee during breakfast the bed side is broken and not fixed.

Location is nice not far from the public square. Satffs are nice helpful.

The bed that we got has defect which will feel the spring and it quite noisy once we move. Do have amenities like tooth brush and paste, no counter for coffee and water heater kettle.

The breakfast was good, the staff was accommodating. They will try to help you what you need but few are has an English communication skills.

Tv was not working there was no cable bathroom was little bit dirty some of the lights were not working in the room I diddnt receive any wifi password,there was no glasses in the room towel was bit dirty
