The property location is very ideal as it’s very close to the city center. It has a very cute and cozy small garden that I particularly liked. The room was very nice, with a beautiful decoration that’s mixing both traditional and modern characteristics. Also I loved that the pillow cases, bed covers and towels had the smell of a very nice fabric softener. The room overall was extremely clean and looked after and the bathroom especially was perfectly clean. The staff was also extremely helpful, kind and friendly. Overall I’d rate my experience a 10/10 and I’d definitely suggest this place to everyone and especially solo travelers like myself.

The hotel no longer offers breakfast although the booking page says it does. The room does not have a table and a chair!

My room (junior suite) was spacious, the bed large and comfortable, nice shower, everything super clean. The staff is nice and very helpful.

We stayed at Aspar Boutique both in 2023 and 2024 summer vacations. The staff was exceptional in helping us with our stay. The hotel is clean, accommodating and the rooms are perfect size. They offer laundry service and have a kitchen. We loved the balcony as well. Thank you to the team at this hotel for making our visit so pleasant! Special thanks to Narek! We will always come back here when we visit Yerevan.

I liked everything about our stay. The communication prior to our arrival at the hotel was excellent. Sandra, the hotel manager was friendly and professional and the communication with her was easy and effective. Then at check in we met Narek, who was extremely helpful with booking a tour outside of Yerevan. The hotel is located perfectly at the city center with walking access to main central venues. It is very clean, well kept. The building is beautiful and quiet and beautifully designed and decorated. There is a nice internal yard area with tables and a kitchen the guests can use. The room we had was very spacious, clean and pleasant. Definitely recommend the hotel!

The toilet

The staff was really nice. The lady at check-in and Narek the manager. They shared a lot of good information with us and were helpful. The room was spacious ( presidential suite) The hotel has a cute mini-museum with very Armenian displays. Narek shared great information abut Armenia's history. There is a kitchen available where you can go prepare food or do laundry. They had a nice Easter display and offered us dates and eggs.

The drainage system was backed up due to rain, so my friends units had a bad smell from toilet, it was better after cleaning up by the hotel staff, the hotel said it was the city system which was at fault. My room was in another building which had no problem. I think the hotel needs to work on this as it is not good to the health of the occupants. Especially we stayed for 10 days.!

The hotel environment is comfortable makes you feel at home. It is located in a very convenient area where you could find restaurants, supermarkets, bank, pharmacies, parks etc in walking distance 👍🏻😊

the property was a bit far from the centre. you need to walk around 20 - 30 minutes

my room was spacious and the employees were polite and friendly. it was a cute boutique hotel. however, pls make sure next time that the chairs and table inside the room were clean and not dusty
