Nothing at all to complain about. 10 out of 10!

This was our 5th stay in a week in Armenia and a few things stood out to me at the Armenia Hotel that did not occur at the others. The beds were the most comfortable we had, the location is secluded in a quiet street in a prime area of Yerevan. The hotel staff were the friendliest we encountered, they accommodated us with a better room then we booked and they coordinated an airport shuttle for us at 03:45 in the morning. They allowed us to use their kitchen and provided us tea cups and a water boiler. This was all incredible as we had a daily tea time with my girlfriend’s father and one last one before our flight on the balcony was special! A few others that may not seem like a big deal to those who don’t know, but most bathrooms in Armenia don’t have a divider to prevent the shower water from flowing all over the bathroom floor. Finally in our 5th stay, we found this hotel that actually had shower doors and a floor divider which kept the bathroom floor clean and dry. It’s a little thing, but meant a lot. The last thing… for those who don’t know… toilet paper in Armenia can be really bad in some places and this hotel had the best toilet paper out of all the 5 stays 😂😂. I could keep going.. they have nice cats and kittens on the property. I highly recommend this stay as it was simply the best and was extremely affordable! Thank you Armenia Hotel! If we make it back, we would gladly stay again!

Location was very convenient all major attractions n even Sas food court at walking distance. Staff was friendly n helpful. Peaceful and good experience highly recommended for family.

The common kitchen and garden was dirty. Lots of rubbish in the garden, people were feeding cats but newer cleaned afforestation themselves as a result lots of empty plastic boxes spread everywhere.

Great location close to the very centre of the city. Spacious room with access to the garden. Air conditioning & parking available. Brand new bathroom newly renovated. It is possible to drink tap water. Friendly staff.

No windows at all in the economic room.

The economic room was big and comfy, but with no windows at all, so no natural light in the morning. Except for that, it was clean and w ll located, and the lady at the reception was very nice.

The hotel was excellent choice to stay for a short visit! Central, but in a quiet street! The room was great, very comfortable bed mattress and good facilities! The staff was helpful to answer all my question in advance in WhatsApp and help my mom with the taxi services. Definitely recommend!

I was not able to pay with the card upon checking in despite the fact that in the website they make publicity that they accept payments via card. I understand they pay less tax by doing so, but they pass the cost to the guest. And that should be explicit during the booking. In the bathroom the sink is close to the shower area, and because of the level of the floor every time you shower the sink area gets soaked as well. Also there's barely any space to hang or to place items, even if only one person.

It was very quiet. Sufficiently close to the center. The staff very much present at the reception.

Noise from outside, my room was next to reception and above the ceiling was old, creaky stairs, unfortunately everything was heard from outside, there was no trash in my room

Hotel is close to the centre of Yerevan, the price of this accomodation was appropriate to quality, I can check-in before the official hour, there is a access to washing machine, kitchen or fridge, my room was clean and very spacious
