Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

GeorgiaLocation, because it’s about 4 or 5 km from center and if you want walk in the center every day, u must take taxi or bus, we were by car , but didn’t want to go by it , because of the police of Armenia. At the first day of your visit, as soon as we get out from border and hope to continue the way to hotel, in 100 meter from border police stoped us and wrote a fine, because of window darkness, which is allowed in my country, but not allowed in Armenia, but they didn’t hear us and didn’t gave us chance, to solve the problem, without fine, we payed money, also take the dark window covers from car, so we were very angry and sad, we think such laws must not be for tourists, but only for citizens of country, also we were very tired, 10 hours on way with kids and it was very bad fact, for our journey beginning in Armenia. As about local transport , You must know, that in bus you can’t charge your bank card, you must buy it in the street special standing machines, but need local mobile sim, to charge it, us helped citizen of Yerevan and our thanks to her 🙏 Big city mall is 15 minutes walking from the hotel, in it are: banks, exchange, clothe, food, pharmacy and etc. taxi is not very expensive, it’s normal price , so you can use yandex taxi or gg taxi.
Hi, property is old but cosy. Nature is around, birds and trees, but facilities must be renewed, because they are old and sometimes damaged, for example in bath . the same opinion I have about bed cover and towels. Cleaning staff every day supply water, tea, sugar and towels, clean the room if it’s needed, bed covers are changing every third day. as for me, due to I am from touristic center city - Batumi, Georgia, in my city property like this, (more new and comfortable) , hotel price may be a little bit cheaper or the same. Breakfast was really good, with many choice and tasty. Administrator of the hotel Ms. Armine is a brilliant , such person for company and staff is a really luck and I think she is one of reason for tourists attraction and satisfaction. Overall, Staff is good, kind and polite, if you don’t like something, they try to fix it and help, but Ms. Armine is exceptional ❤️ At VIP Zone, which is close to closed Aquapark place, is delicious food and really good situation, but I can’t say the same about big open Aquapark, it’s not bed, but not brilliant at all :) In VIP zone, You can relax, enjoy and get a sunbath. Armenian people are kind, good hostess and so “Shnurakalem “ them for hosting us 🙏

CyprusToo much technical work for aqua park and sauna. Security and some of reception staff were with the phone playing games. When I said that my gold chain and cross were missing, they said that they looked at the cameras and saw me in the chain and cross that day and did not show me the video. no one tried to sort out the situation.
Aqua park was good for child. Spa place was nice. Breakfast was good.

NetherlandsThe breakfast area is shared with the gym/fitness room, which made it feel a bit unclean and less pleasant. Additionally, I asked the bar staff for a cappuccino at breakfast, and was told it would cost extra. I opted for a regular free coffee instead, which turned out to be a poor experience. The staff made the coffee by simply adding powdered coffee to the kettle, which I found unacceptable. It would have been better to just use the instant coffee in the cup and add hot water. The result was undrinkable.
This hotel offers excellent accommodation with a luxurious appearance and professional, attentive staff. The spacious and well-maintained pool is a highlight, and the breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of options. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, featuring thoughtful extras like disposable slippers and a bathrobe.

Very mice cosy hotel with Aqua park included into the room rate: just great value for money especially for travelling with kids! Nice breakfast (more looks like lunch) with lack of sweet options, but of course it is better for health than cakes and biscuits.

IranThis property is a perfect place for a family vacation. We stayed in a 2-staired villa and it was such a pleasant stay. Enough space, clean room, enough facilities and good air conditioning. Unlimited access to the well equipped gym, indoor aquapark and outdoor water park is an extraordinary option that made our stay very joyful for adults and kids 😀 Gym's cafe restaurant is also perfect 😄 Thanks to the water park and aquapark staff for taking good care of people especially kids. just let me remind you that it is better to have a car while you stay in the hotel, cause rooms and reception and water park have a kind of long distance.

GuernseyThe indoor pool would have been nice too if the slides are on, however they are hardly ever on and they make woman were caps. I did buy a cap to go down the slides with our children in the indoor pool but never used it as we could not see the slides being open.
The VIP pool is great, with good food, nice cocktails and swimming pool and it is not busy. The villa we rented was pretty good and comfortable beds and had a couple of balconies. The waterpark is included in the price as well and the water was nice and cool in August.

AustraliaJust if you wanted go to waterpark you need to walk tooooo much, while there were few doors side of pools but all of them were lock and you have to walk to front door, specially afternoon was a little bit hard for old people like me😃
I came there to visit my family then first two days I was waiting for them on that Hotel, really everything were great, that hotel is the best place for single or family specially anyone have kids, because I’m not sure but nearly 15 different pools are there and most of them are for Kids, I don’t want say that hotel is the best place in Armenia but really with this value and a lot of pools and nice view and good breakfast make you happy. There is a nice lady at the reception but I forgot her name but I remember her name was similar like Armenia, thank you to her and all hotel staff and I hope I come back again.

BulgariaThe breakfast was ok, but kind of a small reataurant and it was getting crowdy. Last order is taken at 20:00 and no other options to dine around. The bathroom needs renovation, the sliding door of the cabine was not possible to close. The inside pool and aqua area is quite nice, but it was really overcrowded so we didn't finally go.
Nice hotel, we were in a mesonette, it was spacious and quiet. Very nice detail was they checked in a bit earlier, and they allowed us to use the facilities the rest of the day after checking out. The VIP area with the outside pool and lounge area is great. There is a bar and they also serve you lunch there if you wish. One of the best part is we had free access to the nearby Aquapark.

ArmeniaSome facilities didn't work like a woman's toilet near the pool, but it seems like a temporary issue. Also there was wierd smell from outside, maybe smoke from the boiling room, not sure. Although that wasn't very noticeable. In general it was good

The receptionist is super friendly and helpful. We had booked 2 rooms. We arrived at 11:00 a.m. and were already able to check into one room (clean, tidy rooms). We were also allowed to use the swimming pool right away. Here’s some info that wasn’t clear to us but will hopefully help future guests: as a hotel guest you have access to the aquapark, which is the indoor pool at the hotel. Swim caps are required for long hair, slippers are mandatory (the disposable slippers from the hotel room are fine too). The indoor slides operate every 1.5 hours for half an hour. As a hotel guest you also have access to the outdoor pool and VIP deck with dozens of sunbeds and a pool bar with nice drinks and music. Outdoors, swim caps are not required. The indoor and outdoor areas are connected by a door. In addition, as a hotel guest you also have access to Water World. You need to pick up a free ticket at the hotel reception and then walk about 200 meters to the entrance. There you don’t have access to the VIP deck, but there are still hundreds of sunbeds available. When we were there, 2 slides were closed, 3 regular slides were open, and 2 tube slides were open. Tubes are free, but apparently you can also rent them, which sometimes means waiting a bit longer for a free one. There is also one tube slide (a kind of halfpipe) that costs 300 dram per person. Besides that, there are multiple pools. You are not allowed to bring food or drinks (except water) into Water World (bags are checked). There are several restaurants and food stalls. Breakfast (buffet) is outside the hotel in the Water World restaurant (100 metercwalk) The breakfast is Georgian and varied. In our case, the hotel room including breakfast, indoor pool, and Water World was cheaper than separate tickets for Water World.

It was really nice place. The staffs were really friendly and kind. When they understood that it was my birthday, they gave us doluxe room instead of our standard room reservation. They also made a surprise and came to our door and gave us a bottle of wine and fruits. The aqua park was really fun too. I m really happy to stay there in my birthday and they made it memorable for me.
