A nice hotel with cozy, comfortable rooms, helpful staff and a very good breakfast. The rooms are equipped with a small refrigerator, new bottles of water every day, an iron and an ironing board. The bathrooms have everything needed for personal hygiene.

The bar was not practically usable for the hotel guests... it was almost always full of local people. The rooms need renovation. The bathrooms are not in good conditions. The daily cleaning was not consistent, and it was not mainly cleaning! Just making the bed and changing towels without any meaningful cleaning.

The rooms which I reserved for my family and stayed there for 5-6 nights were spacious, with very moderate furniture and simple decorations. The breakfast was OK. The breakfast hall was not big enough for the full hotel but it was managed. The reception team were always helpful and ready to provide any advice. There was a 24 hours bar.

The property is not very modern. This is not a drawback for me, in fact i like the style as it is more genuine.

The staff is absolutely fabulous....very kind, attentive and professional. The breakfast is superb, with many options, egg station, etc. The sauna is excellent. The swimming pool and gym are are not the fanciest, but are great if you want to swim and exercise.

As others say — the walls are thin and you will hear people. It didn’t bother me that much, but bring ear plugs if you are easily annoyed by that.

I am handicapped and the ramp at the entrance is too steep and my motorised scooter could not go up. There is no alternative. This is a very considerable "downer". Otherwise, fine.

The hotel location was walkable distance to everything around downtown. The room was comfortable and clean.

Hotel appearance looks little old from outside, but it doesn't matter. Not used the swimming pool and massage center.

Excellent location, in Walkable distance to Republic square, many many restaurants nearby, lively place to walk in evening/late night. Decent Room with good mattress. Good continental breakfast with lot of varieties.
