I really enjoyed my stay in these apartments. The location is perfect, right in the center of Yerevan, close to everything. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was easy and fast. From the windows and balcony you can see a very nice view of the city, which makes the stay even more pleasant. There are some small things that could be better, like the water pressure in the shower and a faucet that was a bit loose. But these are not big problems, and overall the apartment is a great choice for visiting Yerevan.

The only thing we didn’t like is that they charged us the whole amount while we made the reservation via booking. Due to a an exchange rate we end up paying a little bit more than normal cash payment. But anyhow the flat was worth it.

We loved the area. The check in and check out process was smooth with Mr. Aik. The flat is big and clean. There is a bidet spray (shattaf) in the toilet - which is really great and you will not find it in most of other places in Armenia.

It was modern, very clean, very comfortable , everything that we needed was already there, it was located in a great location close to Republic Square and lots of restaurants and cafes. Arsen who helped us with check-in and check-out was very helpful and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and convenient.

This apartment is in a perfect location close to the Republic Square. In a close distance there are many restaurants and bars, but inside the apartment I was not disturbed by any noise. On the top of the house there is a great terrace, from which you can see the whole city and Ararat. Staff was super friendly and helpful, they even allowed me to check-in earlier. Perfect value for money, I can recommend!

Perfect location in the city center. Very close to the meeting points if you are going on a day trip or taking the sightseeing bus in the city. The stop of bus 100 to the airport is even closer. The stuff was there always on time. Large terace on the 13th floor which allows you to see the city from up there and to really enjoy the windy evenings.

I was unsure of my arrival time & a keybox for access would have been easier to gain entry but all was OK.

A very nice apartment in a nice & vibrant part of the city. Staff were really nice. Apartment was spotlessly clean & I was able to do my laundry as had been travelling from country to country. Balcony views were majestic & the WiFi was good too thank you.

The bathroom requires some cosmetic updates, but that's okay.

Warm, clean apartment with a view to Ararat. It is difficult to see it in winter, but on clear days the view is outstanding. Attentive staff, good location. The building is new, the floor in the apartment is heated and the ceiling is high which is nice. My parents liked the apartment so I am happy.

Everything as described, and even the experience is much better. The amazing terrace and balcony with the 360-degree view over Yerevan is something that we enjoyed the most. The host was the best one in our entire three month trip in the Caucasian region.

Elevator only went up to the 13th floor and our unit was on the 15th floor. This information did not show up on the listing, only in the confirmation email. I recommend checking the confirmation email carefully.

1. Furniture are a bit old. They should change/ clean the sofa cum bed. 2. Entrance is from the backside of the building with access and parking from both the side streets - Yeznik and Teryan. The front street, Aram St. is narrow and there is no parking space; and most importantly the apartments can not be accessed from this side.
