The staff are really friendly and supportive. My flight arrived at 2 a.m; and they accommodated a late check-in. The elderly gentleman (I’m not sure if he was the host or a staff member) who waited for us was very kind and considerate. He had our room and everything prepared before we arrived, even turning on the heating and lights in advance. Our room was clean and spacious. We were really happy with our stay here.

we booked a room only to store our luggage, as we did not want to take big suitcases with us when we went to Tsaghadzor. friendly english speaking staff. great service. they understood our requirement, and helped us. we also checked in our bags a little before check-in time. they also allowed us to collect our bags a little after check out time. we were super pleased with the service

There's nothing I didn't like, but I always prefer it when you get your own key to acces the building itself too. It wasn't a problem; there's a bell at the front door and somebody lets you in immediately. I just wish I could let myself in instead of waking people up - at 4 in the morning in my case.

I really loved the staff. They're very sunny and kind; they seemed to have liked me. They look like they're happy to see you arrive and genuinely wish you all the best when you go. Price/quality was great. Very neat room with comfortable beds, a fan and a little fridge. The bathroom was clean, the showers too, although they (one of the showers) could use some very minimal servicing. 3 minute walk from the subway. One stop and you're in the heart of Yerevan. Wish I would've booked for a longer time; it was all sold out when I tried to extend my stay.

The tv in my room didn't work. But the strangest thing is that the hot water in the shower lasts only 5 seconds. I had to turn it off and on all the time to have the hot water. It could be the problem in my room only.

Clean room, comfortable bed, kettle in the room. There's a kitchen in the basement where you can cook and prepare food. Nice and helpful staff. I got weak wifi one evening but the staff fixed it right away.

The shower has very small pressure. Soap dispenser not working. The duvets are too thin.

There was really only one problem: the two floor drains in the bathroom emit foul-smelling sewer gas. I taped up the drains and the room smiled fresh within 30 minutes. I had to dry the shower drain and replace the tape immediately after each shower. I once stayed at an apartment with a bathroom with a similar problem but with a drain cover that opened and closed, which would be a worthwhile investment here.

The room is simple but all the basics are there where they should be: there are plenty of electric plugs, including by the beds. There are light switches by the beds. Rather than a table there is a long counter along one of the walls that actually provides more table space than one usually gets at such hotels. The fridge was good. I had no issues with the wifi. The heating and hot water were comfortable and reliable. The wardrobe was spacious. The receptionist was friendly and was always around. The room had been thoroughly cleaned when I arrived.

Perfect location near everything there are 2 supermarkets, GUM Market, a bus station, a metro station, Rossia Mall, and S. Gregory the Illuminator. Also, there is a parking. It takes 15 minutes of walking from the hotel to arrive the Republic Square
