They should have provided a welcome drink for such expensive room. Also they need to provide socket that would work for other countries coming for visit I had to borrow the receptionist charger all through my stay.

The shower had was broken, the hair dryer was not working, and there was a beeping sound constantly in the hall every few mins.

The room was the perfect temperature throughout our stay. The mattress was nice as well. The sea view was very nice

The room was good, the shower didn't have a door so the floor in the bathroom flooded every time you showered the glass shelf wasn't there and dead flies stuck to the wall been there a while. Breakfast was not good no toast and lots of flies all over the salad and feta cheese so I didn't have anything.and I'm sorry to say when we took the duvet out of the wardrobe it didn't have a cover and had a big stain on it sort to say this as it looks like the have started to upgrade it .

Bathroom let this down. Poorly laid out and a mouldy shower curtain and floor floods of shower was on too high. Fried eggs in the morning on top of each other in big pan, cold by 8am

Breakfast was cold , insufficient and very dull . Persons working and managing at the breakfast time were inattentive . Two days in a row we have to call them specifically to fill the things and plates etc. , that’s also after repeated calls as man standing near the counter was always busy with his mobile .Girls clean the table only when someone has left , they won’t remove the used dishes even if one’s table is full .No salt and pepper or serviettes on the table , and they will pull the screeching chairs that hurts the ears ., Very badly managed. Room and bathroom is very small . No shelf in bathroom to put anything . There was only one electric switch on one side of bed , one has to take the lamp wire out to charge mobile or electric toothbrush one by one . Management of this nicely located hotel must take notice of these lack of facilities.

Location was excellent Just across the finest beach with hotels free sun beds . View from our balcony was perfect to see sunset , promenade and beach . Thanks to the polite and helpful receptionist ‘ Olta ‘ who allocated the room with the sea view.

Fire alarm beeping throughout the night, made reception aware but still beeping upon check out. Incredibly noisy in rooms surrounding the lift so very little sleep was had. Many ‘hot’ breakfast items were barely warm - disappointing.

The breakfast was a disappointment. It was plentiful, but it lacked variety and everyday was the same selections. There were no cereals on offer or the ability to make toast. The main problem was the food was very quickly COLD! This was the first time we have ever experienced a " pile" of fried eggs in one serving dish. It was as if the cook had made the whole morning batch in one go and just piled them all together! This was very unappetising! If they had used " heat lamps" the breakfast would have been tolerable.

The beach front location is excellent and a sea view room can give a great view of the sunset ( more of this later) The hotel is close to a lot of very good cafes and restaurants. There is also a small supermarket very close by, which is perfect for picking up drinks and snacks. The room was basic but comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the room was serviced daily. We booked a sea view room and we were given room 101, this is a partial sea view and due to the adjacent balcony prevents any views of the sunsets, enjoyed by other rooms.

Very good location - all you need is just there - the sea, shops, market, cafe's. We really appreciate the approachable personnel - always very welcome and helpful. For 3 nights stay this was a very good choice.

Difficult to find the hotel if you make your own way there. Rooms were serviced daily but clean sheets were just left on the bed for you to make up yourself and they were damp on two occassions. The corner shower had a door missing, the toilet leaked onto the floor when flushed, the sink was cracked and the sink plug didn't work at all. Smoke alarms on the landing bleeped constantly during our 8 day stay. Breakfast fried eggs, french toast, chips all great if they weren't stone cold. No tea/ coffee making facilities in the rooms. It's not 4 stars by any stretch.

Smack bang on a great sandy beach with nice safe shallow waters and free beds and umbrellers for guests. Sea view rooms have great views with a usable balcony.

All breakfast dishes were cold, I would have liked a little more choice. In the rooms with a view of the sea, you can hear a lot of music in the evening, due to the daily disco in the nearby club.
