The bedroom door creak and did not close. The front door lock creaks. The balcony door did not close well. The light in the bathroom was too weak.

The first thing worth mentioning is Saimir’s warm and attentive attitude toward his guests. Even before our arrival, we received detailed information about where to park the car, how to find the apartment, and where the keys would be waiting for us. The accommodation is located a little further from the city center, but this did not prevent us from finding great restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was clean and tidy, which we especially value during our holidays. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay was provided. From the kitchen-studio window and the balcony, there was a fantastic view of the Ionian Sea. An additional advantage was the possibility to conveniently dry clothes on the balcony. Just a few meters away there is a small pebble beach, and a bit further – a spacious public sandy beach. On the second day, there was a minor problem with the boiler, but Saimir fixed it very quickly and efficiently. We were completely satisfied with our choice of accommodation and would be happy to return here again!

The balcony door was half broken, the whole complex seems to have cardboard walls, you can hear all the neighbors - sideways, upstairs, downstairs, the elevator when it's in operation. The apartment is a few years old, but the interaction with Saimir, the host, made up for the shortcomings. An extraordinary guy, a real pleasure to meet him.

The apartment is in the Quaranta complex, easy access to the only decent beach, Quaranta. Balcony with sea view.

The kitchen could do with more utensils but other than that no complaints!

The apartment was clean, the amenities such as washing machine was great especially travelling with a small child. The view from the balcony was lovely. The beds were spacious and comfortable. Parking was free and right next to the apartments so that was a very big plus point for us.

The apartment Savanna is perfect , it has absolutely everything you need. We felt like we were at home. Saimir is very kind and responsive. The view is beautiful and it is very quiet. The fact that there is parking in the complex is an added plus. The promenade is only a 25-minute walk away.

The entrance to the property is pretty rough with the paving being cracked etc. careful driving in.

Nothing. The only point to note is that it is a drive rather than a walk from Saranda itself but that didn’t worry us.

Lovely, spacious apartment with fabulous sea views. Really well equipped, comfortable, home from home. Parking nearby which helped. We had a wonderful stay, well situated to get to Butrint and other local sights.

. It's a 40-minute walk to the city center. Construction work is ongoing around the area, which continues until 7 PM, even on Sundays. I understand this isn’t the fault of the accommodation, but the neighborhood is under heavy construction. And it is good to now when you want some rest.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, offering a lovely view of the sea and Saranda Center from the terrace, where a love seat allows you to relax and enjoy the scenery. The instructions for arrival and departure are clear and well done and good communication of host. Well equipped kitchen.

We had a fantastic vacation. The location of the apartment was ideal, with beautiful beaches, a convenient supermarket, and numerous charming cafes nearby. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean, and beautifully furnished, making it a delight to stay in. Everything we needed for our stay was thoughtfully provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and the hosts were always readily available. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless. If we can travel for a vacation next fall, we will undoubtedly choose to stay here again.

This was a beautiful apartment - spacious, comfortable and well furnished and decorated. The towels, bed linen, etc were of high quality and the kitchen had everything we required. The views were stunning and we loved gazing over the sea to Corfu from the large balcony. The parking was convenient. The host was easy to contact and friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay.

Internet was keep lagging.

Waking up with shore break sounds was the most incredible experience ever. Stunning views from balcony and cleanliness excellent. Around 30 minutes walk to the main Saranda promenade. On the way to promenade you can experience many bar and restaurants and their decors, sea beach. I love staying here as it's bit away from city centre, wake up quiet and with tranquility of the nature. Famous mango beach just 5min away. I would definitely recommend this place. Host was superb and helpful.

Great location with private parking. Very nice, modern and cozy apartment with aircon. Balkony with sea view. Kitchenette well equipped. All you need is there. Ten minutes walk to main street. Easy check- in. Host Saimir thanks for your support.. Well deserved 10 rating ☺️
