Great stay! The owner is very nice and helpful and it seems that he is ready to help 24/7, always responded very quickly which to me is very important. The room was clean, the location is very close to the beach so very convenient. Nothing to complain about especially for the price. Whenever I come back to Albania I will book again 😁

Great location on the main road, each room had its own bathroom, kitchen and balcony.

A bit harder to find the entrance and to park there, also because of multiple parked cars we left our car keys with a person managing the acommodation, so they could move our car out of the way. Kitchen is rather small but has all the basic equipment.

Owner could not do enough for you.

This place has everything one needs, be it for short, or long break in Durres. Literally 120 meters from the beach. Located at the main street 'Pavarsia', Villa ReyAn offers the comfort of being close to the beach, markets, and restaurants, and that means you don't have to drive to get anything during your stay there. Internet connection for me is important, eventhough in a short vocation my work requires to be accessible, and Wifi connection at ReyAn was stable during my whole stay. That said, this place will be a serious contender, whenever I plan to revisit Durresi again. Worth noting: Friendly owner Endrit, who didn't mind explaining few hidden places in Durres, and in general is indeed a very kind person, that adds to my overall positive experience, and makes me give my highest marks for my short stay here.

No shower cabin, nor curtains... this is my slightest remark I can sincerely write that can be easily upgraded by the owner, (which I believe it will)

Great value for money! The location is perfect and room is super clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful :) the private parking is a massive bonus as parking can be a nightmare in Durres even during low season. Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is just super! 3 minutes walk from the beach. It is located on the very central street, but it did not interfere with sleep at all. We liked it! Very clean, comfortable, beds are super comfortable, good smelling bed linen and towels. Everything matches the photo. Polite, friendly and helpful staff. I recommend!

Surprised by the lack of soap and toilet paper. We bought some, but it's strange because everything else is well thought out and comfortable...

Good location. Beach and boardwalk very short walk away. Parking was available and was convenient.

The room was much to be desired. 3rd floor, which is ok, but basic to say the least. There was a puddle of water under the minifridge which seeped onto the main floor. The bathroom very basic and no shower curtain on a stand-on pedestal. WiFi was poor at best. One could connect to the WIFi system, but either not connect to the internet (which is kinda important) or be painfully slow as to be useless..

Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We checked out late without extra fee. :)

Amazing property! Very close to the beach, we had our own bed, kitchen and bathroom and even balcony for amazing price! Host super helpful, whenever we needed help was fast to reply. Would stay here again for sure!

The room was beyond comfortable and exactly like the photos, very clean, and it had a small kitchen where I was able to cook my favorite meals. The staff was very friendly, and I was impressed by their commitment to going the extra mile just to make my experience the best. The position of the accommodation was perfect, and the room had a balcony that was perfect to drink something at night and just feel the light breeze and the wonderful scent of the sea. My stay was exceptional!

Kitchen was on a balcony and bit challenging, but no big deal.
