There was a throw-your-towel-on-beds-beside-the-pool-before-11-am-reservation-system, which the staff had trouble maintaining. People tried to reserve beds after 11 am and the staff didn't react properly on this. The balcony was a bit small for 4 persons, but we could all sit, eat and have a nice time there. The pool music was really loud at times.

It was a nice apartment inside a Spa resort building. Everything worked properly, the pool and beach were very nice and the owner was very friendly.

The room was clean, the staff were humble, kind and friendly. The location was perfect as it was just walking distance to the coast and was quite and calm during the night. The view from the balcony and the pool was the highlight of it all.

Sarranda is a bit crowded (buildings are dense, I can imagine how many people there must be in the summer) but the sights in the area make it worth a visit.

We arrived at the hotel a little late (20.00) , but they were still waiting for us with the key via a phone message. Unfortunately, the apartment was on the first floor, so we could not see the sea from the balcony, but the cleanliness, the location and the free parking was great.

- Access to the swimming-pools is in plus (500 lekes / person for the one at ground floor, more expensive for the one at the roof top) - Hard to find the place. it’s in fact in Bougainville complex.

The apartment was not as represented. It didn’t have the facilities as advertised. No dryer. No bidet. The beds weren’t proper beds but pull out. Not disabled friendly. Lots of steps. No working tv. We were charged a daily rate to go to the beach. An additional charge to use the pool. Though these were both very nice it is something to consider as it is a per person per day fee. We had no prior warning of this fee.

The actual complex was excellent but not the apartment. The facilities in the hotel were very good but all had to be paid for as an extra charge which wasn’t advertised. The location was beautiful with lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

We booked considering swimming pool facility but when arrived it wasn't functional. The bathroom gets water clogged & you have shower with the clogged water. One of the bathroom light wasn't working & the other is very weak. Overall experience is not very happy.

The apartments share the facilities from a hotel, but have nothing to do with it. They highlight all the facilities like the swimming pool but you will have to pay 7e per person and day (you can find this info in booking but it is not easy, you have to go to the break down to find it, but on the description and highlighted facilities they don't mention it... Clearly misleaded information). This apartment without the pool is not worth the money. Also they have to improve the checkin process since it says they will meet you there but there is no reception, I had to call and wait on the parking hotel entrance since they came. The apartment is great but they need to manage better the expectations

The apartment resides in some resort and for everything you have to pay. You can’t use the beach or the swimming pool without paying. * For lying bed the fee is 5 euro. So we are family of 5 and for each person everyday paying is something you have to account for. * If you are coming with two cars then you need to pay 14 euro per day parking for the second car. * People in the resort are generally rude and their English is not the best (not fault of the owner, but still it’s part of the experience) * Going to the center or to the public beach by foot it takes around 25-30 minutes. * Internet at the property is very bad and there is nothing to watch on the TV (it’s not connected to any provider) * Wheelchair accessibility is non existent.

The location was not central and we struggled as our child is in a wheelchair. Also it was not particularly friendly for people in a wheelchair and quite confusing to move around.

Wonderful place. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds very comfortable. We particularly liked the swimming pool with the bar. Spent so much time there and it made our holiday fantastic. Staff were nice.

It is private apartment in tired old fashioned Bourgainville hotel Car was blocked in, Elvira very helpful getting it moved but took an hour. Parking and hotel cramped and impossible to navigate around Apartment nice but lamp didn’t work, shower holder broken, outside lighting didn’t work No dishwasher and they did not provide washing up liquid High price for what is provided Rental fee taken in cash on arrival no receipt given, had to ask host to sign to say received Multiple long powercuts … 6 or 7 during 3 day stay. One approx 8 hrs. No visit or call from hots to explain, offer candles etc Pools loud, full, avoided them

The house is in the middle of a resort but not part of it which means you can't access the pool or the beach, which is 1 minute away without paying extra. also mean you have to walk through a long dark parking lot to get in and out and not allowed to use the lifts or normal entrance. The staff of the hotel is really unkind and despite not knowing and being with a baby we were still treated like criminals. the house owner need to make it more clear that the facilities aren't includes, which makes it bad value for money for Albania

Receptionist at reception was abrupt because this is a privately owned apartment in their complex. Call the number given by booking.com and owner will meet you outside. No sea view as there are buildings in front but has view of the pool. Stayed early September sun does not reach the balcony until around 5pm.

Lovely welcome from 2 sisters one of whom led me to the reserved underground parking slot. They were very helpful and explained lift numbers to press [there are several lifts and numerous floors and wings in the complex] The apartment was spotless and well equipped. Swimming pool very close, balcony had chairs table clothes drier etc. restaurant towards beach very good. Supermarket other places to eat very close to complex.
