I had an amazing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome. The rooms and all areas were extremely clean and well taken care of, which made the stay very comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor – every meal was a real pleasure. What impressed me the most was the kindness and professionalism of the host and the entire staff. They were always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. Their friendliness created a warm and relaxing atmosphere that made me feel at home. We literally liked everything. The hotel looked like it was newly renovated, it was super clean and well equipped. People running the place were extremely friendly and easy-going. The most awesome thing about this place was the breakfast - exceptionally delicious. Would highly recommend!

The B&B is a new structure where every detail has its own sense. The owners are very kind, and they all make you feel comfortable.

The Sarande itself - crowded with buildings, no trees, no plants, noisy. The air conditioner in the bedroom is directly above the bed, during the night it blows directly to your head. And the most important for me - we were the only guests in the villa that night, but the owner did not let the kids stay in the pool outside “working hours” which were 10-18h. We came shortly after it was closed and finished breakfast after 9, but still…we had to wait till 10. And the pool is also really small.

Rooms new and cosy. The daughter of the owner really nice, speaks really good english. I think the vila is one of the better places in Sarande.

The only recommandation is to change the doors, but this not affect our journey.

Very helpful and kind people. The room was cleaned daily, the breakfast was not a buffet so you could not pick what you want to eat but it was enough, fresh and delicious every morning. It's kind of far from the beach but, taking into consideration that we made 20 mins walk back from the beach uphill, I consider it reasonable (said by a person who usually doesn't walk). Overall, we spent a pleasant time here and I recommend it.

Apartmnent is located 800m from the beach but on the hill. It was not comfortable especially if you cannot use the car in the town as Saranda was very crowded in August.

There were no sun beds by the pool but there wasn’t enough room for them. We would have like a waste paper bin in the bedrooms.

The beds were comfy, the rooms were cleaned every day. The pool area was small but very pretty. The breakfast was different everyday.

We can easily recommend staying in Vila Ahmeti, people who own this were friendly, the building was nice and clean, the city center was not so far, we could walk there and back instead of driving and looking for parking space (the walk back is uphill, but after eating on promenade in Saranda it's good to burn some calories ;)). The bathroom was new and clean, even with a hairdryer, the breakfast was different every day, the stand for tv was super usefull for our stuff. Overall - great place to stay in Saranda!

The room was disappointing and very basic. There were no shower curtains in the shower and water spilled all over. We had to ask for extra towels and a mat to prevent slipping in the fallen water. Poor breakfast, mostly consisting of bread and a local specialty but no fruit or fruit juices. We had to ask for fruit and were given fruit which wasn´t ripe. Cash was the only payment accepted.

The staff were friendly even though they hardly spoke English. Parking space. Quietness.

I had the impression they had a restaurant there, but I was wrong. The restaurants was operating only for breakfast service. Location up a steep hill and very challenging to walk down the shops for even getting basics. Impossible to drive around as no parking available and roads very tight and busy.

The owners were very nice, the place looks great, very clean, the swimming pool was great for the kids. Breakfast and service were perfect
