the fan was so small for the room, the location is a little bit far from the center, but you can still take a bus for 40 lekk from the stop that is 5 minutes-walk from the place

The reception is open 24/7, we came late from the airport, and we still found someone to open for us. you can leave your stuff in the fridge if you want, the shared bathroom is clean most of the time.

Bathroom needs renovation. Noise isolation was weak, in the morning we could hear the cleaning lady cleaning around. And the door is with glass so there is some light coming to the room.

The door to our room was half glass. It meant a lot of sound travelled up the hallway and whenever someone left the bathroom light on in the night it would shine through to our room. A couple also checked in around 2am or so and were very loud. The walls are very thin.

If you need a place to stay near the hospital this Vila is a good option. The price is quite normal and meets what they offer, the room was clear and the hotel was quiet.

The shared bathroom was dated and could do with a handrail in shower area to avoid a fall. Probably shared with bar customers too. Staff tried to clean and dry the floor regularly . Would upgrade next time to a private bathroom next time.

During the night it was a bit noisy, and I would recommend some sort of curtain on the door, because the light from the hall was a bit distracting from sleep which we fixed with towel on the door. Watch out for smaller boiler, we took longer showers and we ran out of hot water quickly

Very nicely located hotel, especially if you want to focus on the east side (Bukart and Dajti Ekspres), highly appreciate our own bathroom, and the privacy. Very friendly and open to help staff. Whenever we wanted a help or a question, they answered and tried to help. Very clean and cafe places all around.

Wires/cables of the lamp and switch were visible in the bathroom. I found it a bit dangerous.

However, I was a bit surprised because when I booked it, the website indicated that it was nearly within walking distance of the main bus station, but in reality, you need to take a taxi, which can be time-consuming during rush hours. Just be aware that there are some chickens living behind the hotel, and they might wake you up with their early morning calls around 4:00.

Considering the price, this place is decent, especially for short stays. Downtown is approximately a 2-3 km walk away. The desk service personnel were friendly and efficient. The shared restrooms are quite basic, but that's what you'd expect for the price.
