Location is good, we actually came at 3 am so it was a little bit Hard for us to find entrance, for future visitors entrance is at the back of the building. We spent half an hour in cold with a kid because of it. I guess it is run by a family. Staff was very welcoming, they changed our room on demand. Breakfast is good but since they are short on staff it comes late

The rest of the facilities were bad. First of all, there is no area for shower in rooms, leaving everything wet when you try to have shower, in breakfast you need to wait so much just for a tea or the plate that it really tries your patience. The room cleaning probably consists of just changing sheets, no dust cleaning. After cleaning they did not give towels, we tried to reach a personnel (it is an overall issue because for even smallest things you need to wait long time and try to find a person to get it.), they did not even renew toilet paper while cleaning and we spent 30 minutes to find a person to get it. We came for holiday but we evenhad issues on just basic needs which caused our holiday to become a nightmare. although it says that kettle is provided in the room it is not. Beds are not comfortable, and elevator does not work most of time it was struggle to make it work. our neighbours that are also using the same terrace were so loud and they probably rented multiple rooms and ones staying at other rooms also came to terrace and they took our chairs and stuff. Also they mistakenly hit on our door in the middle of the night thinking it is their room. OVERALL WOULD I COME BACK, A DEFINITE NOOO

It was a joy to return each day to such a pristine and inviting space. And the food! Oh, the food was simply delicious. Each meal was a culinary delight, prepared with fresh ingredients and a lot of heart. What truly sets Villa Oxinn apart, however, is the remarkable owner. They embody the spirit of hospitality, consistently going the extra mile just to make us feel at home. Their personal touch and genuine desire to ensure our happiness created an incredibly welcoming environment that is rare to find.

What is outstanding is the staff: kind, helpful, patient. You can't ask for anything they won't do. Nicest people, I have ever met. Congratulations to them!!! The location is perfect: amazing neighbourhood, beautiful hotel facade, fantastic view. Balcony and room overlooking the sea, you could fall asleep to the sound of the sea in the evening. Calm annd quiet. The beach is not so crowded than other beaches along the see. Sunbeds are included in the price! The breakfast was lavish and really tasty. I loved the pancakes, and the special marmalades and jams! These are local specialities. WE had fruits and yoggurt every morning, and large portions!

The only thing that leaves something to be desired is the equipments and condition of the rooms. It should be improved, and the staff informed us, that they are already working on it.

Very considerate and kind staff. They went out of their way to help us navigate other personal issues we had (sourcing local currency). Everyone is literally positioned to serve you. The view from the room is breathtaking. We had an issue with our initial room and it was changed immediately with so much courtesy. We had a good experience.

Nothing really serious for me. Maybe the bathroom improved.

We had few issues with air conditioning and few other things but the staff were always there to help us as fast as they can be. They even upgraded our room so that we can have comfortable experience. They were nice and kind, i would suggest for sure. Thanks all of them 🫶🏻

The view

The hotel was very comfortable. The room had a sea view. It was wonderful to wake up in the morning and have that view. The service was very good. The food was very tasty. I recommend

That we had a parking space, the proximity to the sea.

The staff didn't know English, we couldn't understand each other for anything. The servers were unprofessional youngsters, not enough employees as well. The reception was always empty, we were looking for people and waiting each time we needed someone. The Internet was terrible, nonexistent most of the time, and it was advertised as available. The fridge in our room didn't work, nor the TV. The menu for the paid breakfast was poor; it didn't include options, and it was small. The croissants were stale.

Great location directly at the beach, our room 302 had a huge balcony overlooking the complete Durres bay and the attached restaurant served some fantastic food for reasonable prices. Extensive breakfast served from friendly staff.

Very tiny and poorly cleaned bathroom, towels were totally run-down and within 3 days, nobody ever came for cleaning or changing the towels.

The only plus is the location of the hotel.

The attitude of the staff is terrible, the hotel is maximum 1 star, I do not recommend it

Amazing location.Very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff . everyone was always available to help you and advise you for the are .The food was amazing , the chef was great, even cooking us food that we was requesting like Albanian traditional food. Very happy will be going for sure next year
