My daughter and I had a wonderful two-night stay at Vila Lule from Wednesday to Thursday. The owner was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. He was always smiling and took the time to explain everything about breakfast, making sure we had a great start to our day. The personal touch was amazing—he even prepared our beach chairs and towels for us every morning. The location is perfect for a relaxing trip with family, right on the beach. We loved our time here and would highly recommend it to other families."

The location was great- close to all the shops and restaurants but not so close as to feel overcrowded or noisy. We were upgraded to a room with a sea view and it was glorious to wake up to every day. There was never a problem getting a sunbed. The breakfast buffet was generous and varied. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was a little stuffed when I arrived and needed the windows to be opened. The shower is a bit small. The AC unit is only in the living room.

The room was very big and comfortable, it has a livingroom and a separate bedroom. Large balcony with sea view. The hotel is right in front of the beach and has free parking which is hard to find otherwise. The staff was very helpful, they reached me after I left the hotel to inform me that I left my tablet and kept it for me until I returned.

The bread and pastry options at breakfast could be improved. Except that everything was great.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The room was spacious with a nice seaview balcony. The hotel has a private beach area with sunbeds and umbrellas which was very convenient and they are included in the price. The location is also great, bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff was professional and polite. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed as well. The breakfast was also great and it had variety.

The light censors in the bathroom are annoying, sometimes the lights go off while in the shower, but come back on immediately there's some intentional movement

It was very clean and well maintained. The staff were supportive and friendly. Breakfast was decent. Sea view and balcony view was great. I was able to relax on the private beach. When my room needed something checked, it was quickly sorted.

The Vila Lule hotel is located on the beach, with all the necessary facilities: sunbeds, umbrellas, beach towels. The manager and all the hotel staff are very kind and attentive to tourists. The rooms are very large and clean, overlooking the sea, which offers a wonderful view. We also recommend the hotel restaurant, where we were treated very well and every time we had surprises from the house. Congratulations to all the staff! We recommend Villa Lule/ House with flowers!

Choice at breakfast was poor. More prepared fruit could be available and more cereals such as muesli. Eggs were precooked and not cooked to order. No bacon. Croissants were over cooked. We do appreciate that this is a small hotel so choices cannot be too wide. Sun beds were in good condition but could not be adjusted. Noise from the funfair on the beach up until midnight, but not much the hotel can do about that.

Location was great, right by the beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Lunch and dinner good and reasonably priced. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Boy on the beach was helpful as he rushed over to put our parasol up for us.

If I visit Durres again, I will definitely return to Villa Lule. It is a wonderful hotel with a family and friendly atmosphere. The owner is a good person who, together with the employees, takes care of the perfect running of the hotel. Me and my friend had a room on the 3rd floor with a beach view. The room was very spacious and clean. Beautiful view of the sea. The staff was always available, friendly, kind and helpful and really hardworking. They always went above and beyond in everything. The sandy beach is about 10 steps away from the hotel. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hotel guests. The hotel restaurant is beautiful and up to standard. The menu is varied and a big compliment to the chefs because they cook perfectly. There is a long promenade in front of the hotel for a walk, and the city center is also not far away on foot. We had a stay with breakfast and the only thing I would complain about is that it was repeated every day. It didn't bother me personally, but if I was going for a longer stay, I would have something else. We spent 5 days in Durres and I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone I know. I thank the owners and the staff, who were a pleasant addition to the hotel and the stay.

We didn't like not having a Guest pack showing what we could do locally or some information about the local area, it would be useful to know where the buses ran from, how frequently and how to pay when using them etc.. By chance we found a sheet at the information desk advertising bike and scooter hire. The information desk wasn't manned on a regular basis, you had to press a bell and a staff member from the restaurant would appear, we didn't feel comfortable discussing too much in case they needed to get back to what they were doing . The bedroom and sitting room looked a bit tired. The soap dish in the bathroom was broken which isn't good especially in a family room, a child could cut their fingers. Just small things but they add up and it really would take this hotel to the next level if they made a few improvements.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and had air conditioning and a minute from the beach. There's a slide over mosquito net across the patio door which saved me as I'm often a mosquito's feast. Deck chairs were provided and beach towels . We weren't confined to one bedroom as you would be in other hotels but had a sitting room too and a fridge which was useful to store drinks. The hotel itself was quiet. It's advertised as having a gym and a dryer but I didn't see either, so something to check when booking. The hotel offered to print out our return flight TKTS without us asking, they also allowed us to hold onto our room for a late checkout which we really appreciated. The breakfast was basic but we really enjoyed it and there was no problem getting a takeaway box when we had an early start for a day trip. There's also a water cooler so you can refill water bottles. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Not a major issue but the motion sensor for the bathroom lights was too sensitive and should be adjusted. I sometimes ended up in the dark when in the shower. The shower unit should be checked as the water often moved from hot to cold automatically.

Superb beachside location with our room having a large balcony. The hotel was right beside the boardwalk and cycle path and near to many eateries and bars.Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good-sized rooms. A very good food and drinks menu at the restaurant and breakfast was tasty with a choice of hot cooked food, made to order. Free parking at the hotel was very helpful.
