Perfect location at the breach, view from the balcony on a promenade and sea, very clean, great stuff that really makes sure that you get what you want (dinner reservation, extra linen, additional sunbeds,...). Everything is "just a step away ", restaurants, market, beach. Silence after 11 pm.

The balcony didn't have an awning/umbrella, so it was only available for sitting in the early mornings and evenings.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The room was spacious, cleaned daily, and fresh towels were always provided. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and it was wonderful to fall asleep at night listening to the sound of the sea. The view from the room was simply stunning. The beach was kept clean, and sunbeds were assigned to each room, so there was no need to search for them or change them every day.

Wifi signal was so poor it was almost non-existant. Since there is a promenade right underneath the hotel, which gets super busy in August, it was very noisy until midnight. Glad I got my earplugs. The beach would be great if the water wasn’t full of garbage on some days.

Location at the beach was great, with sunbeds available and with many restaurants around, the rooms and amenities were clean, bed was very comfy and staff very friendly.

It's located close to the city center, so it was a bit noisy in the evenings.

The apartment was clean, modern, and in a fantastic location — right on the promenade and just a few steps from the beach. The sandy beach had a very gentle entry into the sea, which was perfect for our kids. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Great for families — two sunbeds and an umbrella were included in the price and placed right under the hotel’s supervision. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

We really liked the hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and clean, with daily cleaning. The beach is just a very short walk away. The room rate includes two sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach. If you need an extra umbrella and sunbeds, there’s an additional charge of €5 per day. There’s a great restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel, with very kind staff and a good selection of dishes. Breakfast for four people was around €12.

Wifi in our apartment was poor. You could only get the the wifi working in one place and it was slow even then. It also would have been great to few more classes, knives, folks and spoon in the apartment.

Nice location in Durres. The staff was very helpful and organized taxi etc for us. The apartment was nice and clean. It was also nice to have own beach beds.

The music at night drove us almost crazy with the party going on till midnight, with all the sounds coming into the room. Yes there is parking but it’s really tight and complicated so we ended up leaving the car there for the whole time we were there

We loved it!

We arrived very early and we just went in to check if we are in the right place and they checked us in straight away as our room was ready. So that was a huge relief for us with two children. Place was spotless and right on the beach with sunbeds included. Staff was so friendly and professional and very helpful. On the day we decided to stay another night as we had a night flight and they let us stay in the same room, even though we were happy to move to a different room.

Nothing really, everything was just great.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds comfortable . The Internet worked very well. The attached restaurant is convenient for eating and having coffee in the morning. The staff was attentive and helpful. I warmly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is at beautiful location. The staff is very supportive and friendly. Especially Antonella and Elliot at front desk. You can have a breakfast in the restaurant L'Avenire on the first floor with Seaview, or you can choose from many locations around the hotel. I bet you will find exactly what you want for very affordable price.

Sometimes there was bad wi-fi connection.

Rooms are very spacious, beds were very comfortable, cleaning service every day, however changing linen and towels every 3 days. Just in front of the beach, many shops, supermarkets and restaurant around. Personnel very helpful and polite. There is a private beach that belongs to the hotel, which moreover is not too crowded in that area, sunbeds were assigned to hotel rooms, so no matter you wanna start your day at the beach, there will be always sun bed waiting for you. Definitely we would come back to this hotel!

The municipal garbage management!

The hotel is located literally on the beach, which is a private one and the sun beds are included.! The towels are changed daily, as well the cleaning of the room! The staff is very friendly and they do speak English (and that's a plus)! The area has a lot of restaurants (they are effectively one right next to each other), and a familyI with. four members can have a more than a decent meal with less. than 50 EUR !
