Clean, very good location. Good breakfast.

All the staff was friendly and welcoming, trying their best to help us and to make us feel welcomed. The location was brilliant, away from the noise but a few minutes walk from everything. The bedrooms were fresh and modern, well kept and clean, very high standards. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of cold and hot dishes some international and some local. A little gem !

It would have been nice to have a bottle of mineral water in the room as tap water is not recommended to drink.

Super cute hotel in a central location in downtown Tiranë. A lot of historical sites are a walkable distance. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic staff, spacious rooms, room was so clean.

This was a very pleasant, moderately priced hotel, conveniently located for the city centre, but in a reasonably quiet neighborhood. It had a pleasant terrace/garden, and the breakfasts were good, with a reasonable selection of hot food (eggs, etc), cheese, yoghurt, breads and cakes and fruits, plus fruit juice, tea or coffee. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and most of them spoke reasonably good English. My room was comfortable and clean. The TV only had Albanian channels, but perhaps that is all which are easily available there.

The WiFi was a little "patchy", but was OK for checking e-mail and "static" news and sports websites. I tried having an on-line "Teams" meeting using it, but that wasn't a success due to the WiFi signal not being great. There was also considerable disruption to local traffic and pedestrian routes due to part of the Gio d'Italia cycling being held there during my stay, but that was certainly beyond the control of the hotel or its staff.

Staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

there could have been more towel rods in the bathroom and the Toilet paper could have e been stocked with more rolls in the room. we had to ask more than once for more rolls.

Location of the hotel is excellent and the breakfast was good. Especially cleaners very friendly. Cozy room.

This hotel is over-priced considering the amenities it lacks. No drinking water provided in the rooms! There is a price list for the mini bar, but it was completely empty during my stay of five nights. No kettle provided (I would have expected at least that if there is no drinking water). There were small flies (sometimes on the sink, walls, bed). I found more flies on the hallway walls. Maybe you could use pesticides in the hotel premises? The receptionist who is working during the night was nice. He brought me a bottle of water for free when I complained about the lack of water. At the restaurant terrace, several people were watching their pads/mobile phones with a speaker on, so I did not want to stay there (this is a very common "problem" in the Balkan countries). The menu at the entrance is upside down (impossible to read). When I asked to see the menu the receptionist/waiter who wore glasses disappeared for ten minutes. I got tired of the noise of the loud speakers of other customers so I just left and found another restaurant.
