there was no menu for dinner, you ate what was cooked, there was no choice , our TV didn't work for our 7 days stay and no one came to fix it after we reported on the first day. The bed was very hard and unfortunately no balcony in our room but we didn't request so fair enough ,no toiletries in bathroom only towels and toilet paper provided The staff didn't want to order us a taxi so we had to book a ride with booking.com to the airport

The air-conditioning in the room was fantastic , a large fridge in the room, delicious buffet breakfast and a large garden where you can enjoy your food. The location was good not next to the sea but was only a 5-10 min walk Overall we had a great week in Albania

The furniture was unstable, one of the beds was broken. The room was not very clean.

The staff was nice and friendly. The location was good, close to the beach. The breakfast was good. Good value for the price if you use it only for a night.

Breakfast is the same everyday and it's all fried. Staff's english is limited. The rooms could use some work especially the bathroom where we couldn't close the door and water was everywhere. There's space around the windows and balcony door which allows mosquitos to get in. The place is very loud at night as there is a highway next to it. There's almost nothing else to do except for the beach. If you want to explore you should rent a car as there's almost nothing to see around. Higher price for low quality drinks at the reception.

After reading the reviews we expected it to be way worse so we were kindly surprised. The hotel owner ordered us taxis for lower price. Rooms were cleaned when we left the keys at the reception. Towels were replaced when we left them on the floor. The staff was trying to help with anything even if the communication was hard. Low price for the stay.

Reconstruction of room is necessary, but I didn't see other rooms. My bathroom was clean, but small and old. Leaky windows, noise from outside. For me and short time sufficient.

Everything, the room is so smely. The bathroom is so dirty . The bed is half broken . So noisy because of their kids. The things they write about room description are not found. No shampoo, no had washing stuff, etc The dining room smells so bad that the kitchen is so dirty. The room ceiling lamp doesn't work it goes on and off by itself. In general, this hotel is not a hotel at all. It should be out of booking.com

Very dirty, rooms and common areas poorly cleaned. The menu is always the same, with little variation in ingredients (mainly chicken). Close to the sea, but the "sea view" isn't real. Poorly managed.

When I made the reservation, I was sent a confirmation message in which I was promised certain things, but ''surprise'', there were many lies: - I didn't expect to have a sea view, but literally the hotel is surrounded only by high concrete blocks, I didn't have a TV in the room (not even after talking to the administrator), there were 5 beds in the 2 rooms - I thought I was in a hostel), there was no refrigerator in the kitchen (it was brought after talking to the administrator), the bathroom has no window, just a noisy fan. Dinner was supposed to be included in the price, but in fact only mineral water was included in the price, the rest of the dinner had to be paid. They don't accept card payments, only cash without a receipt - even if you ask for a receipt several times.

Rhe rooms are spacious, when they don't have many beds crammed into them, I found them clean and freshly whitewashed, when I talked about problems with the administrator, he tried to solve them, even if he only partially solved them, the hotel staff was nice, the hotel is only a few minutes walk from the beach, if you only use the hotel to sleep and park your car and the rest of the time you have other plans and activities, this is the right place and the price of the room reflects this.

The hotel is not next to the beach. Will never recommend this to anyone. When we arrived, first of all no public transport. You have to cross over the highway to the hotel on a shaky metallic long stairs to the hotel. When going to the beach, you will need to go over the shaky bridge stairs built over a big motorway and the bridge is so scary and very steep. Not good for anyone with mobility as no wheelchair uses. In the hotel there are no lifts and you will be told that only 5th floor is available. The manger saw I had mobility problem and he referred us to another hotel. We had booked for breakfast and dinner but we were taken to hotel which refused to offer both meals yet we had already paid which interfered with our daily budget being that we were going to be there more than 7 days. Do not book this place for you will wish you never did. What a waste of hotel.

Balcony was not provided though we reserved room with terrace. WE faced repeated water outage for hours(due to pump issue), cleaning were adhoc, we sometimes got old towels. Light in the bathroom could not be switched off for days, pipes were moving, the TV could not be used for days.

The staff was friendly, the terrace where we had our breakfast were good.

The hotel approved our arrival time when we booked the room. When we came, it was closed so we had to find another stay at midnight. The guests in front of the hotel told us that the owner already left and locked the reception. Luckily, the guests shared wifi with us so we could at least find another stay. Otherwise it would be a nightmare trying to find something at midnight. We clearly stated when we would arrive and the hotel confirmed the arrival time, but then shock when we arrived …
