We had a wonderful stay at these luxury apartments by the sea! Everything was excellent – clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is fantastic, just steps from the beautiful sea, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The service was also outstanding. The only downside is that getting there can be a bit challenging, as the roads in Albania are not the best, so you really need to plan your route carefully. Overall, highly recommended – we truly enjoyed our stay!

Just to clarify, Amelia hotel is part of the same complex, but you do not get access to their facilities for free.

New apartments, professionally managed based on our experience. Located in a quiet area of Gjiri i Lalëzit. The prices feel high for what’s offered, though this seems to be common across Albania nowadays. Within walking distance you’ll find a few restaurants—nothing special, but the burgers and coffee were good.

San Pietro is a charming family-friendly resort located right by the beach, surrounded by pine trees that provide natural shade. Our apartment was spacious, tastefully decorated in a cozy style, and fully equipped with everything we needed — kitchen utensils, ironing facilities, and a hairdryer. We also enjoyed a lovely private terrace. Within the resort, there’s a convenience store and a restaurant, and the beach is just a 3-minute walk away. The beach itself is wide and sandy, with beautiful, clear water, and lined with numerous beach clubs and restaurants. The atmosphere in the resort is very quiet and peaceful — perfect for families. Guests also have access to the spa facilities at the nearby 5-star Hotel.

The territory is clean, there are trees, shade, birds. You can rent bicycles. There are many different dishes in the room. The staff is responsive. A store on the territory and a restaurant. Good parking spaces.

3 stars for the beach

The accommodation it was very good,clean , comfortable,fully equipped kitchen ! The staff very friendly,they speak English very well and they help you with any problem if you have one! 5 stars for them!! I expected ,the beach to be better but I can't say it was bad! Restaurant prices,differ, depending on the category but in general they are quite affordable! Very good food ! We traveled here by car but my recommendation is to try to land by plane at Tirana airport!!!

We had asked tree times to refill the handwash, and bathgel, but we never got it. You have to care for everything what are we going to run out.(dishwasher gel, toilett paper, etc...) No cleaning, no changeing towels.

The territory of the place is very nice, that is a secure place. The beach is about 300 m away, so it is comfortable, but the water is not so cleer, and there are many yellifish also.

Tiles in the bathroom were slippery. Not safe and had an accident where my son slipped and had an injury.

Everything was perfect, from the friendly staff at check-in to the villa. The beds were very comfortable, so was the sofa in the living room. It was our second stay at San Pietro and it was even better than last year. More restaurants and more beach clubs were open!

The internet speed and coverage lacks. That is the only bad thing about the property. You need to be very close to the router for it to be able to connect and it wouldn’t work when 3 or more devices were connected to it.

Everything was perfect at this apartment with a garden. It has all the facilities you need to feel at home, unlike many places that lack small essentials. Very clean, quiet, and ideal for families—I’m pregnant and highly recommend it for anyone with babies or children. The staff was kind and helpful. I will definitely come back!

Minimal investment in facilities. No sunshade in the garden or veranda which made the stay out uncomfortable from 2 to 7 PM. The bathroom door didn't worked.

The WIFI was quite poor, connection could be established only on the first floor. Too many mosquitoes. The facility management could do something about it and treat the area against them. Even in the supermarket the repellents were over.

Great service. One of the kids bumped his head quite bad and we got good instructions to the emergency room which was quite close to Movenpick hotel. When we arrived it turned out that we need to leave one day earlier and it wasn't an issue.
