One minor issue was that the Wi-Fi password was a bit challenging to find, but I'm sure that can be easily fixed.

We had wonderful stay . Room is beautiful, everything is new and clean . I had never had so wonderful hosts . They were so helpful, they gave us a recommendation list of things to do and see in Ksamil , as well as restaurants to visit and everything of the list is amazing . We were traveling by car and they had private parking for us which is cool . They serve breakfast in their family restaurant down the street , and it was amazing , some traditional pastry they made was so delicious. I would definitely recommend you this place for your summer vacation, it is 5 minutes walk to the beach, most of the places we visited by foot . 5 stars from me for sure 👍👍👍

Great location within walking distance of everywhere in Ksamil. Good sized room with all the necessary facilities including a small kitchen, an iron and the possibility to get laundry done for a small charge. Bathroom is very good with a great shower. Everything is very clean. The included breakfast each morning is great with lots of variety and small changes each morning mean it doesn’t get boring. A very short 2/3 min walk to the nearby restaurant means you’re able to get some fresh air and stretch your legs, and is actually a shorter walk than some large hotel complexes we’ve stayed in around Europe so it’s certainly not a problem at all. The hospitality from the 2 hosts is exceptional, both are on hand to ensure you have a great stay. A very warm welcome on arrival and each morning at breakfast the smiles and short conversations with both ensure you feel truly welcome in typical Albanian fashion. The attention to detail from both is second to none, including asking if there is anything additional you’d like at breakfast that might not have been on offer, and giving great recommendations for various things to do or places to eat in Ksamil. Overall a wonderful stay, so much so we booked an extra 2 nights.

The whole stay was amazing. Everything was super clean and brand new. The location was quiet. Every morning there was a tasty breakfast just a 3 minute walk from the villa. The hosts are very super friendly and kind, also gave us nice recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Definitely best value for your money.

We had a beautiful stay at lemon rooms Ksamil. The location is ideal, the rooms very clean and pretty. Mediterranean Breakfast was included and super tasty, just a 3 min walk from the Vila! The owners are extremely hospitable and make sure you know which restaurants or beaches are worth a visit! :)

Towels:) To be clear, towels were very clean. But, the towels were not absorbing the water enough, and leave cotton particles on your body.

The rooms were really nice and clean. The hotel is located in a calm neighborhood. The beaches, markets and restaurants are at walking distance. The owners are very friendly, polite and considerate. They even packed us homemade cake, and fruits for the road :)

Excellent location, great quality rooms with nice terrace. English communication with booking.com goes well, but people on site speak solely Albanian. They make it up with a lot of enthusiasm though, but check-in & check -out went a little erratic
