Very good staff ,very good location ,nice price

Too bad

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I couldn’t even stay for more than one night. • The room was not clean and had a terrible smell of dust and rubble. When I tried to turn on the A.C., it spread the same smell because the filter was dirty, so I had to turn it off immediately. • My body was full of mosquito bites after just one night. • The hotel looks close to the beach and downtown on the map, but in reality it’s far away and located about 600 meters above sea level. • The place is old, not renovated at all. • At 5 P.M., when I tried to rest, the staff were loudly cleaning the rooms next to me for hours. I even asked them to stop, but they ignored me. I don’t blame the workers—they were just doing their job—but I do blame the management. Cleaning and making noise at that time shows a complete lack of respect for guests. I have photos and videos to prove everything. If the owner tries to deny this, I will share them. This hotel does not deserve a single cent.

Pool was nice to use for relaxing days

Located up quite steep hills and taxi drivers charge ++ to get there but that said has stunning views and in nice quiet location

Great pools, amazing views, comfy beds and friendly staff.

Practically up a mountain, with a taxi being €15 to go from the harbour to the hotel (4 min ride). Cash only bar, takes almost an hour to make any sort of food.

The price is not too much.

The toilet refused to flush 3 times. The drain of the shower is clogged, flooding the room with water. At the pool food ordered and 2 hours have to wait, after asking again, for a Pasta that is not as described. Furthermore, a great stay.

We loved the pool and bar area. Our room was a little dated but clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly.

Only 10 minutes from beach but up a steep hill. Ok for us but might be difficult for others.

you should pay 5euro for person for a Breakfeast that is absolutely terrible! the location is on top of the hill and the price is very high for a hotel that doest offer all of this!

Booming music,lack of sunbeds - only 3 x rusting metal frame day beds. 3 euros to hire a pool towel.Location : 15 euros for taxi to town or very perilous walk down,very steep walk back. We stayed only 1 night instead of 3.when we left,key to reception left in door,no-one there so complete access to all room keys which also has safe key on so total disregard for guests safety and security.

We were only guests for 1st night. Bar and pool are was not ready for guests. No cushions on any beds or couches. Pool dirty. Fridge kept freezing everything.

Definitely value for money! Enjoyable hotel with spectacular view! The staff very fiendly and helpful with everything we asked for, even though the hotel was not operating full steam since it opens June 1st. Right outside the hotel there is a fruit market, a bigger supermarket wiht an ATM machine, gym, hair dresser and some little shops which came in very handy.

We could swim as the weather was note very warm yet.

Our bathroom kept flooding our room after every shower, even after the hotel manager came and fixed it

The staff were very nice and helpful. The view from the room was really wonderful.

We had issues with the toilet and water from the day we checked in. The taps didn’t work half the time and the other half the toilet wouldn’t flush (staff always sorted it out but was inconvenient). The pool water was unclean looking and the pool area was so slippy. The lift felt very old and unkept and was very small, we were too afraid to use it. The walk to and from the beach was a series of very steep hills which meant we were left paying for taxis even though the hotel is advertised at 400m away from the beach.

The staff was very kind and supportive, reception offered suggestions of things to do, helped by calling taxi and most important of all gave full support when one of us was feeling unwell. Well done you all, you are a great team.

The views from the balcony over seranda was perfect and the rooms were nice and clean. The hotel reception couldnt be more helpful.

The staff at the pool bar/restaurant were very rude and the food wasn't nice apart from the pizza. We have breakfast there one morning and got served moldy hard bread with jam.
