Certainly not a bad thing about the hotel, and our own misunderstanding! Just to make future guests aware the sockets are different to usual EU (I believe normal EU is type C and they use F or visa versa). We noticed the same in another hotel in Albania. The sockets in the bedroom didn’t fit our adapter so we had to charge our phones using the bathroom socket. Certainly not a negative or an issue and the only thing we struggled to think of. Note to self - pack a better adopter than our cheap ones!

The host, I believe called Niko, was very friendly and hospitable from the start and throughout our stay. He helped us find the hotel when our maps weren’t working and helped with bags and recommendations. We were provided with a welcome gift as it was our anniversary and this was a lovely touch, thank you so much! Everything was spotlessly clean and super comfortable, I believe freshly renovated. Rooms were modern but the building itself maintained traditional charm and it mixes the two together. Location 10/10. Set back off the Main Street overlooking the garden, it was serene. We had dinner in the garden restaurant one night too and the live music makes a great atmosphere. Breakfast was good too. Well worth the price paid and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Oborri Shkodran is a lovely hotel in a prime location in Shkoder! The hotel is right on the main boulevard, has a restaurant on site with live music, and a delicious complimentary breakfast. We enjoyed a stay here on our way to and from Theth (two separate nights) and both nights were lovely. The hotel was even kind enough to allow us to store our luggage there so we didn't have to worry about it on our hikes in between. We took the bus into Shkoder, to/from Theth, and on the way back to Tirana, and the bus stops were within five minutes walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.

Cute hotel right in the center of old town, with amazing breakfast. Hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We arrived late in the afternoon and booked a tour for early next morning. They prepared a great breakfast and Beach towels, waiting for us at 6.30 am. Rooms and bathroom are very tidy and modern, staff very friendly and attentive. Would definitely come again.

All was good.

This was my first stop on a 4 week tour of Albania. And this was a terrific start. This accomodation is wonderfully restored and right in the center of town. Yet my room was very quiet (sound proof windows) and facing garden/restaurant in the back. Very little disruption in the evening from the garden restaurant/entertainment. The room itself was fresh and modern. Good wifi and AC. Very nice management and host. And really nice breakfast options to start the day. With this hotel, you are right in the center of the pedestrian street loaded with cafes, restaurants in all directions. For me, this was perfect. And easy walking distance to meeting points for any excursions you might take. I highly recommend this place for your visit to Shkoder.

I didn’t have a breakfast that good in a long time, you can choose whatever you like from a generous menu and the hotel is ideally located in the center of Shkodra. Backyard is a dream. Plus, it’s my first hotel in Albania where the shower is separated from the rest of the bathroom by a glass door, so you won't get everything wet. Would recommend it 100%.

Nothing bad, but because of our beautiful balcony towards the restaurant, which was very lively, it was a lot of noise until late. However, having the balcony was worth it.

Service was great, the rooms was clean and nice and we had a super cozy balcony that had a beautiful view of the garden restaurant. We had to go quite early in the morning so they packed breakfast for us, at we could bring.

Highly recommended! Oborri Shkodran is in a perfect location, right in the pedestrian area of Shkodër, but they offer parking very nearby, which makes things super easy. The staff are truly exceptional – and I mean really kind. They helped us with everything: carrying luggage, giving local tips, arranging things we needed… always with a smile. Not everyone speaks English fluently, but they always do their best to help out. You really feel welcome here. The rooms are great – modern and clean, with comfortable beds and excellent showers. We stayed in rooms 202 and 203, both had a small but handy balcony overlooking the peaceful garden. A nice detail. Breakfast is made on demand and was delicious. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant – the food was good, and the live music created a lovely atmosphere. I honestly can’t say enough about how helpful and warm the staff were throughout our stay. From the hotel, you’re just steps away from the lively pedestrian zone full of restaurants, bars, and shops. The photography museum is right across the street (though we found that a bit underwhelming – the hotel was the real highlight). All in all, a great experience. We’d definitely stay agai

It didn't bother us at all, but the hotel garden is a restaurant. In the evening, traditional Albanian music was played. If you want to go to bed early, you may be disturbed, but Shkodra's evenings are enjoyable, so you won't go to bed that early.

A very nice hotel. Right in the heart of the city. The exterior and entrance are not very impressive, but the rooms are very modern. I didn't expect to see touch-sensitive light and heat controls in the bathroom mirrror. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It has a very large garden. We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the garden. The breakfast was good.

Very cleaned properties in the heart of the city, everything was very close by, when we arrived we were welcomed by one friendly lady who gave a quick tour of the neighborhood and made some recommendations based on our likings. This small Boutique hotel is truly a gem in Shkodra. I was surprised at what an amazing stay I had there. It starts with the response from the owner Geni who was very helpful to provide us parking for only 5 euros per day. The location is the best you can ask for. It is right in the pedestrian street, the heart of the city. The rooms were spacious enough for the 2 of us. The hotel is brand new and everything was spotless. They turned an old house into a modern hotel while keeping the style. That was something i really loved. The room and the toilet were super clean with all the amenities required. The AC was very strong and the bed was very comfy. It was a twin room but they pushed the beds together and they added an extra layer which made it feel just like a regular double bed. The restaurant below was very nice and the food was amazing. Geni the owner even gave us a discount on our meals since we were guests. It was very nice of him to do so. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of options and very fresh. I was honestly amazed with this place. I do travel a lot within Albania due to work and this is one of the best places I have been so far. I will definitely return here again whenever I am in Shkodra. The rooms overlook the outdoor restaurant which has live music late, past 10:30pm. This was not great for relaxing and was annoying.

I like the place so much.

My room was clean and modern, just like in the pictures. The owner was friendly and helpful when I arrived. Breakfast was good, with some local options that were nice to try. Overall, a comfortable and easy stay.
