The rooms need renovation - there was falling paint, dirt, and mold on walls, ac worked in the sleeping part only, electric socket fell out of the wall

There is no toster at the beakfest, and ham as well. Capuchino was OK thank full to personal. The beach is near the hotel, it is convinient.

Wifi connection was unstable and could be gone for hours... at least it worked consistently well on the restaurant and lobby floors (0 and 1st floor). No practical info letter in the room - but you could always ask for check-out time, breakfast, etc.

Very nice and welcoming staff all around. Most spoke english pretty well (the younger the better, no surprise), but they all were ready to give service when needed. Staff always around if you needed any help.

One of my favourite hotel in Durres. Very good location, reasonable price, friendly staff, good breakfast and comfortable room with nice view of the sea. I really recomend it for everyone staying in Durres.

There is no private beach access as advertised. There is also no on-site restaurant or room service and no kettle in the room (maybe a british thing to expect this as standard!). The air conditioning is not very good.

Very clean. The breakfast is decent with good choice and quality. The location is very convenient for restaurants etc. The staff are very responsive and mostly helpful.

Breakfast was included in our stay and was basic but excellent (cold meats / cheese / eggs / local pastries / fruit / juice / tea / coffee). The reception and breakfast staff were fantastic. We booked a suite and although a safety deposit box was not in the room, once requested at reception it was in our room that day. The beds were very very comfortable. Money exchange, supermarkets, local shops and the beach are a short walk away from the hotel. There is no restaurant in the hotel (apart from breakfast), but restaurants are a short walk from the hotel. The hotel does have a bar (beers/wine/soft drinks/local firewater/coffee) which we had a couple of drinks each evening returning from the restaurants. The weather unfortunately was not great whilst we were there (most of Europe experienced storms), but the staff (especially the gentleman who worked the reception/bar most evenings) were fantastic and we were served straight away for our night caps and the 3 ladies from breakfast were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

This hotel has only 3 stars not four. Big room with a big balcony and a nice size clean bathroom but the the mattress was stretched out in the sleeping room. In the evening there is a hard attack of mosquitos so do not open the window or the balcony door. I did not know it and I had 11 bites in a half an hour. Unfortunatelly there is no mosquito filter/net although it is very needed. And the treasure of the hotel: the grumpy old man who made my stay not very happy: 1: Never at his position always need to wait for him to ask the key, 2: wanted me to pay for the free maps of the city 3: when I did not pay he threw them into the elevator after me 4: although it is a beach hotel as it is indicated in its name and it is opposite the beach he got heart attack and started to shout with me when I went through the lobby to the beach in swimming trousers and 5: my favourite: he did not recognize me on my 3rd evening... this person(a non grata) should be retired from all aspects

Everybody was very kind and smiley except the afternoon toothless senile grumpy old man receptionist. The hotel has own parking place (although not too big), the hotel is opposite a beach, cleanliness everywhere, various and tasty breakfast even with some hot food. There is elevator what matters.

Internet in the room sometimes was weak.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies came everyday to reset everything and put clean towels and refurbish the toilettries. Hotel is very close to the beach, yet very quiet during the night if you need to rest. The bus stop is 100ft away, so very convenient to bring you in other parts of the city.
