Sports channels were missing especially football channels. The refrigerator was there, but I don't think it cooled below 8°C; the drinks didn't get cold even when I left them in from the evening until the morning.

For the first time in Albania after 24 years, I experienced excellent service. The workers were very polite, the food was very good, and the cleanliness was up to standard. For the first time, I left satisfied with my vacation in Albania, especially with the staff, who were exceptional.

-Absent local food (just 1 winery regarding wine). -I would appreciate more local than "asian" menu especially because the quality of the food is 10/10. -the position requires car or willingness to take taxi if you want to see something "close". -a bit more careful attention to customer requests in the beach -it is not possible that on a hotel of such level they end up more than once without desserts and without some main meat plate, especially if they only have 4. The chef should organize it better and make sure that every plate is available or, in alternative, put a pencil sign cancelling not available meals on the menu. So, my 8/10 is mostly because of the restaurant (but not the waiters).

-Kindness of waiters. Not super experienced but I think the nicest we met -quality of food -sea -cleaning ladies, amazing and super kind -kind receptionists -efficient taxi service -good variety for international food, especially starters(and great coffee!)

Aside from the hotel, the roads in Albania are in poor condition. If you don’t have a good vehicle, you need to drive carefully. Speed limits are very low. Also, the sea in the region is rocky and wavy, but its color and scent are beautiful. Keep in mind that the sea is both wavy and deep.

Our family of four spent this holiday in two rooms, and it was absolutely wonderful. First of all, the hotel staff from the reception to housekeeping to the bar team were very polite and solution-oriented. The housekeeping team in particular was excellent: fast, thorough, and attentive. The guests here are quiet and respectful. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from Vlore, and the parking area is more than sufficient. The hotel meets every luxury need. The choice of furniture, flooring, and other materials in the rooms is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, the TV is large, and so is the balcony. We stayed in a mountain-view room, which was perfectly quiet. In the mornings, the fresh scent of olives would drift into the room. Breakfast was delicious, clean, and offered enough variety. Every morning, they baked a new cake. The kitchen team is truly talented. Dinner was not included in our package, but when we did try it, although it was pricier compared to outside, the food was delicious and fine-dining quality. The pool and sun loungers are very stylish. Ideal for relaxing and spending time. The pool is small but pleasant. You can reach the beach by crossing the road. There’s a beach bar with reasonable prices. The loungers have soft cushions and are comfortable, with plenty of umbrellas. The beach is spotless, with pebbles rather than sand. There are around 25–30 loungers, but the number can be increased if needed, so it never feels crowded. The sea is a bit wavy and gets deep quickly. If you prefer calm, shallow waters, this might not be for you. We enjoyed it; playing in the waves was fun. There’s plenty of swimming space as the buoys are set far out. The beach has men’s and women’s restrooms, changing cabins, and showers. The shore isn’t visible from the road, which offers a sense of privacy. Our whole family was very satisfied with this holiday.

Great new hotel. Lovely pool and restaurant. They have a private beach bar across the road. About 15 mins outside of the main town area and so some driving required to get there. Taxis are about €15 each way. Menu in the restaurant is fabulous (for me), but not much for kids. I would say they are ok with kids but it’s an adults style hotel - which seems to be common here. Overall a lovely stay.

We loved the warm welcome from the owner, the modern and very clean rooms, and the amazing infinity pool with a view of the beach. The staff were super friendly and attentive, and the food at the restaurant was great. Daily cleaning was thorough, and the breakfast buffet had lots of fresh options. The beach just across the street was beautiful and had a nice beach bar, perfect for relaxing! It is normal that not all of our needs can always be fulfilled, and thats of course acceptable. In this sense, we will come back again to stay at the Mazarine Hotel.

The hotel policies are not always enforced and it can be very frustrating when you have inconsiderate guests. Our stay would have been a lot better if we didn't have a group of guests who were inconsiderate and didn't respect the policies of the hotel, regarding pets and also sharing common grounds. They would have one person guarding 12 sunbeds by the pool for hours without using them, while the rest of the group was at the beach. The hotel does have a lot of beds by the beach, so this may not be an issue for all guests. I wish the hotel would set limits on how long the beds can stay unused before releasing them to other guests to enjoy. I had a very uncomfortable altercation with the hotel regarding this issue, but I think I was viewed as being unreasonable with my complaint. Although, they did help me reserve beds for the later part of my stay, which I appreciated.

The modern aesthetic decor with a splash of color from the paintings was beautiful. The facility is very clean and beautifully designed for comfort. The food at the restaurant is delicious! We enjoyed the food and drinks by the pool. The staff is very nice and welcoming, and the service they provide is 5 star! This is something I really appreciate about the Albanian culture, they take pride in their service and their hospitality is unmatched. The location is great, especially if you have a vehicle. City center Vlore is a short drive away. We also drove to Jale Beach one day, which is about an hour drive through the tunnel. The new roads are great and make the drive very safe.

I was a little disappointed when the receptionist restricted the one towel refresh of that day - stating that instead I should leave it in the sun to dry.

The property was clean, comfortable and friendly. The private beach and complementary towels were a huge benefit.
