Everything was great

Totally loved this apartment. It is in a quiet side sheet so no noise but it is 6 or 7 minute walk to main street and lots of excellent restaurants and bars. Beaches just a few minutes further and there is a local shop just 2 minutes from the apartment. The apartment itself (we had ground floor overlooking the pool) was simple but really clean and comfortable. The pool was excellent. We had a really relaxing stay.

Lovely quite apartment, close to top area of town, beaches and lake. Restaurants and supermarkets very close by. Clean apartment which the owners cleaned with fresh towels and bedding every few days. Lovely pool area. Highly recommend. Owners are lovely

The apartment is a bit off of the most busy parts of Ksamil and has a pool and parking. The hosts were very nice and checkin was easy.

We were up the top of the building and my partner kept hitting his head on the sloping roof.

Beautiful location - short walk to everything but away from the noise and has beautiful views over the river/hills/trees and gorgeous gardens everywhere. Simple, comfortable and clean rooms with A/C for the heat. We really enjoyed hanging around the pool, the olive trees are lovely. A great stay!

Honestly nothing, the facilities were pretty much as expected and the owner was really friendly and accommodating. Would definitely go back!

The host was very communicative and got in touch ahead of arrival to coordinate check-in. The room was clean and comfortable and had a nice view from the balcony overlooking the pool and the lake. The property was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The pool was a really nice amenity to have access to in the morning before going to the beach or coming home in the middle of the day to recharge. The property was really well located, being just a few min walk from multiple markets, tons of restaurants, cafes and bars. The beaches were also just a short walk away. Overall a really great stay.

Nothing. I was staying in a single room at the top of the building and despite the steps and then wooden steps to access my room, the view compensated!!

Location is excellent, close to amenities( shop/ market) and good places to eat. Away from the main road, so nice and quiet. The views are great and the pool and surrounding planting, makes for a very relaxing stay.

Very nice family nice new place everything is clean and comfortable they were so nice! They even have laundry. Great AC. The VIEW IS Wonderful at sunset. Loved this place will be back again soon!

The shower room is actually a wet room with an extremely low ceiling. I would hit my head when going to the toillet in the night and crouch to take showers, both of which were uncomfortable. The mess after showering was not ideal. The tv had no signal whatsoever.. All and all I like it and would come back regardless.

They gave me a top flat with a small verandah to the back and a shared one to the front. Both views were just great. The room was spacious and resonably well kept. The A/C worked well. Cost x benefit is really good.

10/10 Highly Recommend! The property is situated in a perfect location- 5 minutes from the bus stop, shops, bars and restaurants. It is located on a quiet road, which allows for a peaceful stay. The room is very clean and spacious. It has all the amenities that you require for a perfect stay. The pool area is the perfect place to relax and take a dip when it gets hot. The owners are also extremely welcoming and make you feel right at home. I am already looking forward to my next stay at Ksmail apartments! Thank you!
