The hotel has great potential, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The cleanliness could be enhanced, and it would be more convenient if the bed were prepared with the second sheet rather than using it for decoration, as this would avoid the need to make the bed each day. The breakfast would benefit from a wider selection of fruit,. The reserved beach area was affected by seaweed, though the beach itself is large and offers plenty of cleaner spots to enjoy.

One of the hotel’s greatest strengths is undoubtedly the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The location is excellent for those seeking a beach holiday, while also being surrounded by charming restaurants, mini markets, and shops. Another highlight is the opportunity to enjoy the sunset right on the beach, which makes the stay even more memorable.

The tap from the shower was difficult to use. We didn't manage to set the temperature of the water. The water was too hot for us.

We had only problem with the fridge, we could not close it’s door properly and because of that we couldn’t use it normally. And one more proposal: in the bathroom there was no clothes peg or shelves where we can put our things, so it can be very useful if there are any kind of like that, especially if the guests are women😊

The hotel is exactly on the seaside very close to the sea so it was so comfortable to walk to the beach from the hotel, so the location was excellent. The staff was very kind and really helpful, and the room was also perfect for our stay.

There is no tap or beach shower to rinse off your feet, so you end up bringing sand into the hotel. But I’m sure these amenities will be available everywhere soon.

The staff is wonderful, and everyone speaks English. Even though we arrived at night, there were no issues with checking in. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the breakfasts are pleasant. Breakfasts with a sea view are wonderful. Each room comes with a free set of sun loungers (2 loungers and an umbrella). The beach is just across the road from the hotel. You can also order a taxi through the reception. There's an excellent restaurant on the ground floor—one of the best on the promenade. If you're traveling with a child, it's better to choose a room facing the courtyard, as it can be noisy until midnight due to the promenade. However, the sea view rooms offer a beautiful view. I highly recommend it.

This was our first stay in Albania, and we were very happy with our choice of hotel. The location is excellent – close to everything we needed (specially to the beach). Breakfasts were delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially to my 3-year-old daughter, which made our stay even more special. We stayed in room 501 – the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and we really appreciated how quiet it was at night, with no noise from the street. Another big plus: sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach were included in the price, which made our beach days even more relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The room was modern, spotless, and had a breathtaking sea view right from the balcony. The beach was just steps away, making it perfect for morning walk and we also got free sunbeds at the private beach area. Staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel is right at the beach of Durrës. The room was modern equipped and clean with everything you need. My room had a balcony with a great view to the beach/sea. I had breakfast included in the price and it was superb with many different things. The staff was friendly and helped me with any question. It is also possible to have lunch or dinner in the restaurant of the hotel.
