The hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff was helpful and friendly. The arranged a cab to the airport for me in the middle of the night. I liked the location of the hotel, it was in the middle of old center. That’s exactly what I wanted to feel the local vibe. I wish there was more diversity to breakfast, but it was pretty filling.

The breakfast was really good, served promptly and very tasty. The staff was always happy to help us with any enquires we had. The parking was safe, 50 meters from the hotel, in a securized yard, and it was included in the price.

Modern hotel. Room itself modern, well equipped, nice shower, mini bar. Downstairs 24/7 bar. Service itself were mid, people wouldn't rush too much to give you service. Elevator. Really good coffee at the bar downstairs. Offered room cleaning last day, that made no sense. It was a good stay, though the price were too high. Most likely would return, as the room were nice.

The stay has been great, the hotel and staff are lovely. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and it is located in walking distance from all the mayor sites in the city. On our last day I got sick and the staff was very helpful arranging for a later checkout and setting us up with the needed euros for the taxi and a careful driver. Big thanks to everyone of the staff.

We stayed at Hotel Hersol for one week and found the experience disappointing. The toilet had a constant bad odour, and we had to buy an air freshener to cope. The room was poorly maintained, with bedding, towels, and cleaning only done once during the whole week, and rubbish left uncollected. Breakfast was unsatisfactory, as we were never asked about preferences or allergies, food was served with unwanted sauces, and drinks were unclear in flavour; we were even given French toast we didn’t like until we requested simple toast. The bathroom was uncomfortable, with a small glass shower cubicle that had nothing to make it close, causing water to spill everywhere and leaving the toilet seat wet. On top of this, we were charged an unexplained extra €2 per person per day, and some staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. Overall, the poor hygiene, lack of service, and uncomfortable facilities made our stay unpleasant.

The rooms were well equipped with good air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. We also appreciated having a small fridge to keep our snacks and water cool. Some of the staff were welcoming and friendly, which added to the experience. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Not a great place for light sleepers! No proper curtains so no blocking out light from outside, lots of street noise and an uncomfortable bed with strange synthetic fabric sheets that felt like sleeping in a brick oven!

The entrance of hotel was in hotel’s bar which was not very pleasing. We booked one room with bath tub but when we arrived at the property they told us that we should pay 20€ more for the room with bathtub and the photos in booking app weren’t right. We pay the extra amount for bath tub but it wasn’t working. In the moment you turn on the bath tub the electricity went down . We call ed the receptionist and they brought someone to check after 30 minuts and still it wasn’t solved and they didn’t give our money back.

The hotel was very clean and the price is good for what they are supposed to offer
