The room didn’t have a full length mirror was the only downside.

Location was great - just up from the main strip and everywhere was easily walkable. Staff couldn’t do enough to help - offering a free room upgrade and calling taxi’s for us. Hotel was modern.

The lady at the reception was very nice & sweet. She even gave us a bottle of wine on the house for our anniversary! The breakfast was top notch & the room had a great view of the main street & the ocean. It was the best stay at Saranda.

I liked the location a lot cause there was only a walking distance between the hotel and the beach bars and the staff was very friendly!! We also got upgraded to a bigger room upon arrival which was really nice ! Loved this place a lot.

We (2 adults and 1 child) stayed for three nights. The room was very clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The view from the balcony is lovely. It was a good experience. The location is great to explore the Saranda, Ksamil and beaches at the coast.

The breakfast was quite disappointing. There was barely any tea, and the coffee was of bad quality. The food choices were also poor, with white bread or warmed-up small baguettes, warmed-up croissants, packaged jam, insufficient butter, poor cheese options, almost no fruit, the toaster was broken... We still had the feeling that the staff tried to do their best to make the experience pleasant.

The staff was friendly, the facilities were rather brand new and well located.

When we got there, beds were not made, duvet had some smell, no water or kettle provided. Once we asked then kettle was provided. It seemed normal over there but I found it weird, being 4star and not providing basic equipment & hygiene.

All amenities are close to hotel, walking distance to most of things , good views from balcony . Staff were helpful when requesting. Breakfast was okish.

The hotel is very modern. The room was spotless and super nice. It was our favorite stay in Albania.!! The location is perfect at few minutes walking to the promenade and the bus stop at 2 minutes walk. We traveled in April so there were not many tourists and upon arrival the girl in the reception was so kind to offer us an upgrade of the room with balcony!. We stayed for three days and she was always ready to help or answer our questions. We couldn't stay a forth night because the hotel was sold out but she helped us to find easily a room in another hotel and we could even go the next morning for breakfast. She was amazing!

The lady receptionist was exceptional and it was such a great stay. It was close to as supermarket a very good restaurant also and it's just peaceful. It oversees the sea and it's affordable. Trust me it is. The receptionist once again was exceptional

We visited in off season(october). Breakfast was really bad, cold coffee and no hot water for tea. There is no shampoo in the shower.
