The location and the view were wonderful. Breakfast was good. The bed was comfy. Fresh spring right outside the building. Wifi is okay downstairs, not strong enough in our room.

They had a problem and had to leave, so we couldn’t check in in time. They said they would arrive by 4, in the end they got back after 6 and didn’t tell us, so we wasted a lot of time waiting.

Friendly host, location good enough for hiking from teth. Breakfast was good, with additional pie (first morning we stayed). Good view to mountaisn from balcony.

Shared bathroom- it should be more comfortable, sometimes lack of toilet paper dissapoints. Problems with electricity- soem times it shouds down for a while.. Shared breakfast table not good idea if you came later- you can't find everything you you would like and was prepared

Very easy to find. The staff was friendly and helpful. However I think it's a bit expensive for what it is.

The shower

The beautiful view! We were looking for a budget-friendly option to explore the beautiful natural surroundings of Theth, Albania. The breakfast was nice but on one occasion when the hotel was full, there was not much left for us for the breakfast.

The shower facilities could be improved, as they were located between the toilet and sink, but considering the low price, it was acceptable. We also experienced occasional power outages that weren't specific to this property, which happened in other parts of the village.

Nice people. Beautiful view of the mountains. Close to a source of drinking water from the mountain.

Too many bugs but that's the area. Very simple amenities. No small lamps in the rooms. Electricity very buggy.

Breakfast was good and very nice views.

We had to share the toilet and it was not so clean. But that us not staff fault... It us not advisable yo walk to Theth, it has to be done on the road and it is a bit dangerus.

The structure did not seem sturdy, the bathrooms weren’t always clean, it was very hot in the rooms at night

Cosy and warm guesthouse in Theth, with excellent attention and communication from the staff. Great breakfast as well.

A little bit far from Theth (40min walking, 10min by car), we highly recommend going there by car!

Excellent and kind people, amazing breakfast

Amazing view, breakfast was very good and big portion, family was very friendly, lovely place to stay!

The family who run the place were very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, great view and a cosy wooden terrace. It’s a little bit far from Theth but it’s just a 5 minute drive if you have a car. There’s a spring right by the house and it has cold and tasty water. The breakfast was delicious, diverse and plentiful.

The bathroom was small and the shower was just hanging above the toilet and the sink. But it was clean and perfect for a few days.

Sentive owners, a very tasty breakfast, nearby a mountainous source of delicious water.

Minuses overlapping the ceiling only one board and we were talking about the neighbors from above and they interfered with us since soundproofing is completely absent.

This is an amazing guesthouse, well located, amazing views, spacious rooms and lovely staff

The property is really nice and clean, well located, next to the hikes. The view from the rooms is amazing. The breakfast served is really good, and the hosts are also nice.
