Such a lovely place! We were on a family vacation with 3 kids. The room was basic but clean and comfortable and is really all you need in this place because it all happens outside in the amazing air and view of the mountains. The family running the place is super nice. The kids joined the mother in milking the cow and the goats in the morning, the homemade food was amazing and for our picky eater they especially prepared pasta at our request. The location is amazing for exploring the Theth area (short drive to Theth, blue eye, zipline). Highly recommended!

The place didn't have a baby bed but we managed well with the beds in the room.

The view from the camping was stunning. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant menu was delicious. We rented one of the rooms in the guesthouse, which was very clean and comfortable.

Such a magical place! The views are stunning... The hospitality is amazing... The homemade breakfasts and dinners were absolutely delicious. Guesthouse Freskia is about 5km up the mountain from central Theth, but in our view this is a positive as it affords the incredible vista and ensures it is a very peaceful place. Also, the owner arranged for the bus company to collect us from the guesthouse, so we did not need to go to the collection point in the centre. We did not want to leave and would not hesitate to stay here again when we next visit Theth.

Lovely location, superb camp site vibes, beautiful view on the mountains. Run by a lovely family, always at your service. Extra plus was the excellent diner possibility ! Basic room but all you need in this scenery !

The location was pastoral, and the views were spectacular. The included breakfast was excellent and the dinner (not part of the price), which we opted for twice was nice. Very quiet Very friendly hos with excellent English.

The place is great for camping but our room in the building had a few issues and shoddy workmanship The room door lock was not sitting well in the frame (you could peep into the room). The bathroom door frame and door didn't fit so you could not close the bathroom door! The toilet was missing a cover for the watertank, so you had to pull the inner working to flush. A fan would have been helpful with the heat.

Everything was great! Breakfast was good with multiple options. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Absolutely great views with surrounding mountains! Host Gil was extremely helpful and even arranged our lost luggages to accommodation. Location is great with peaceful surroundings. Absolutely recommend!

Recommend to have car to get to Thethi village and Blue eye. Rooms aren't all soundproof so if you're not good sleeper, I recommend earplugs.

Tasty breakfast and great personel which was always ready to help and cared to make our stay comfortable. Very nice view.

Beautiful place, great dinner, wifi connection

Our stay at the Freskia guesthouse was perfect. The view is beautiful, the rooms are very cozy, but what surprised us the most was the breakfast, which was included in the price of the room and was very well served, simply WONDERFUL. The owner of the place welcomed us very well and was always available. In addition to serving breakfast, there is a restaurant on site where you can have dinner for 12 euros per person. We had dinner there two nights and loved it, the food was very tasty. In short, we highly recommend this place!

No wi fi coverage in rooms

Host was super lovely, the location was stunning and the food was great! Couldn't have asked for more after a long hike from Valbona :)

Beautiful spot and lovely local family with traditional cooking and warm log fire to dry out after the mountain weather.

The host family was really nice and welcoming, Christian was always there for you and very helpful. They have a nice camping field where you can relax and the food (especially the stuffed peppers) was really good. Also breakfast was nice and fulfilling. With the car it was about 10 min to get to theth center. Definitely drink some mountain tea there :)

Unfortunately it was unexpectedly cold (it was snowing on the top of the mountain in May), and the heater in the room didn't work. We got 4 blankets per person and we were warm during the nights.

Lovely setting with a breathtaking view over the mountains. Very tasty and fulfilling breakfast, wonderful jams and cheeses, pancakes...Great dinner for a reasonable price. The gentleman running the place was very nice and approachable :)

The weather was not great, so it was cold in the bedroom. Also, we had an issue with electricity during the night/morning and ended up having no hot water for showering (even after 1h of the electricity being reinstated) and considering it was quite cold already, this didn't help, but these things happen sometimes!

A beautiful guesthouse. It’s so hard to know which way to look it’s amazing in all directions. We were served such delicious food for breakfast and dinner and we loved our hosts.

Really friendly host who was always available and quick to help. Incredible breakfast included, that really felt made with love. Stunning location with beautiful views across the mountains and hikes easily accessible nearby.

Bathroom shelves were a bit unclean but otherwise, perfect.

it was comfortable enough, but it's cold in the mountains in October and our heating unit didn't work in the room, and the hosts were unable to offer an alternative. the breakfast made up for it, it was lovely, although tea and coffee could have been offered. lovely views. in hindsight I'd have preferred spending a bit more for more comfort and maybe be closer to the centre of the village too. for campers highly recommended, facilities are very clean.
