Everything was really nice. Excellent hospitality provided by the owners and we felt very good. Friendly and accommodating staff willing to help with a smile. The beds were comfortable and very clean. The food was delicious and with a reasonable price. The best place you can stay in Lepushe with a marvellous view. Thank you so much. We will definitely come back.

Qëndrim shuuumë i këndshëm! Mikpritësit të dashur dhe të komunikueshëm. Na ndihmuan për çdo gjë dhe na bënë të ndihemi si në shtëpi. Pamja nga ballkoni ishte fantastike – malet dhe qetësia të jepnin ndjesinë e pushimeve të qeta, kaq shumë të nevojshme për ne zhurmuesit që vijmë nga kryeqyteti :D Ushqimi shumë i shijshëm. Me shumë kënaqësi do të kthehemi sërish :)

The guesthouse is accessible via a 400m dust road/driveway (down hill).

Nothing major - some water leaking in the washroom, a few hooks or shelves would be nice

Very good location for hiking. Calm place with nice views. Very good meals (gorgeous breakfasts!). Free private parking. Staff was helpful with tips and information. Due to the empty house they gave us a room with a private bathroom (we booked the more simpler one).

The room felt outdated and bathroom, especially shower was in a bad state (the shower tub was moving, next to the shower was an electric outlet, which I find a bit dangerous, there was a garbage bin with some stuff and full of water...). It's generally a safe place, but it was a bit weird that they didn't give us a key to our room. The house was cold and we had to ask them to heat it up half the time.

Location was perfect very easy to access no need for 4x4. Best view in Lepushe . Dinner was perfect . Breakfast was awsome as well . Very friendly and good people .

Beautiful view, great breakfast, fresh products. We can really recommend that place for couple of nights.

Great views of the valley.

Noise from staff talking loudly outside until quite late despite asking them to be quiet. They should be more considerate of guests asleep when talking outside very loudly and in an animated fashion. Stairs were not advertised as not having a handrail and no handrail in upper landing. Shower not fit for purpose; shower tray sounded like you’re going to put your foot through it, no shower curtain or shower screen and not really set up for a wet room either so shower not really useful. Two electrical sockets in bedroom, one worked, one didn’t. Had to set up a chair to balance charging things to reach the socket as socket at chest height. Had to set up chair blocking main door in and out of room or into bathroom, neither ideal. WiFi quite weak so unable to book next night’s accommodation or visualise onward journey in maps. No great surprise as in a deep valley but don’t advertise as having WiFi. Generally the place had great views but you don’t need to stay there to appreciate the view, you can see this from visiting the area. The place did not seem to match the advert, it’s like we stayed in a totally different place! It was ok but not that special and the noise from others totally ruined what should have been a peaceful and serene venue for us. Reading outside with the view in the evening was ruined by loud voices and a brief interlude when they started up again when guests had gone to bed. Not acceptable and ruined the stay. Avoid this place, stay elsewhere.
