Air-conditioning in the room was very bed. Also, I expected much more from spa and pool, pool is very small. The spa and pool area was not very clean. All sauna is availability only per request and paid separately.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is also very good and everything was very tasty and there were different varieties of food for everyone. The stuff of the hotel is very friendly and always at your service.

Shower gel in dispenser in the shower was empty. They provided small bottles after reminding twice. Breakfast spread is bit limited.

The breakfast at 9 am was missing a lot of things, the trays were empty, no one was refilling them at least while I was having breakfast.. The coffe was cold. The reception did not gave us information about the hotel, we had to ask everytime.

The air conditioning unit in my room did not work and it was not very comfortable due to that on the days it was hot. They did try and sort it but unfortunately not helpful.

The beds were a little bit too high (not like the normal beds you see everywhere), for me it worked but for someone else they might not. The atmosphere in the pool area was warm and comfy but the water in the pool was a little bit cold. Would be nice if it was warmer.

I loved the experience all in all. The breakfast was decent although it didn't have a great variety. The location is as central as it gets, in "the blloku" neighbourhood and close the Pyramid of Tirana.

We didn't like that smoking was allowed inside the hotel. Even if it was not permitted in the rooms, the smell is everywhere: in the reception, bar, restaurant and even in the rooms :-( It was possible to make tee in the room but not coffee, which would have been nice!

We didn’t like the cigarette smell in reception but it was because it’s next to the bar where people are allow to smoke. I don’t think it’s something that can be changed; luckily no other area of the hotel has this issue .

We love the hotel ; superb location ; friendly and efficient staff ; great breakfast . Plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. Pool was nice and also the gym ; good new equipment .

Shower temperature was either scolding hot or cold. Parking limited in spots, noise level is high if your room is on the street. Noise is from city traffic.

The SPA is closed (it does not seem to be under reconstruction - just nobody takes care of it). The gym is open but all the machines are broken and nobody obviously maintains it.

The location is central and you can roam in the city comfortably. Everything is in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I would have preferred to be told that they are restructuring the hotel- this is a fourstars Hotel . It is normal for the hotel to conduct work, and it is correct to tell customers this. Although the workers were very silent, reconstructions were still running, and on Friday afternoon at 16.30 hrs, it was impossible to get a nap.

Excellent staff ( especially the receptionist ladies, Xhovana and Sidorela)! Excellent location! The price is very good. Breakfast is with fresh-made products and a variety of assortments. The rooms were clean but still dusty, as they were running restructurings/reconstructions on any floor.
