There is no lift in the hotel but the staff were helpful in helping us with the luggages.

The location is perfect, walking distance from the centre just 15 mins walk, full of shops and the room was clean and comfortable.

They don’t have parking, very small & narrow road. We had to find 10mins away pay parking for our car.

It was small but it served its purpose as I just stayed one night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable so I was happy with that.

The bathroom was very inconvenient. The shower had no curtain, so everything was wet after showering. The room was small, with an old tv. The whole hotel needs a refreshing.

Friendly staff at the reception, the room was prepared in a romantic way because of the period of stay (near valentine's day), the breakfast was fine and the location perfect to walk the whole town.

The only thing that we didnt like it was a guy who was working on night shift (big,young guy). No willing to help with luggage, no willing to help to solve small problems.

Nice location, just in the city centre, lots of cafes and restaurants around the hotel, grocery story just next to the hotel. Soft pillows, quite. We were really grateful for two guys receptionists who were gentleman’s and helped with delivery of our huge suitcases

Lack of options in the breakfast

Access from the airport. Location was also great with access to great cafes and local markets. The staff in the hotel were excellent, courteous and helpful. I had an urgent requirement for one additional room on the second night. The staff sorted it straight away. Also arranged taxi pick up and drop off from the airport very easily.

We never got to stay at the property. When we reached the hotel to check in, we were told that there has been a leak in our room and they had to book us at a different hotel. We reached the hotel late evening, dragging all the luggage and the hotel after cancelling our booking didn’t even offer us a cab service. At 9pm, we again dragged our luggage only to experience that the other hotel (Sky 2 hotel) had no amenities that we were supposed to be offered. Even a basic water bottle was charged on our account (when we should’ve got one as the hotel told us). We were never informed about the change in bookings, through call or email and our highly disappointed with our stay. And on top of that, we got a cab service to catch 8am bus and there was a miscommunication with the hotel and the driver causing us to miss our pre-booked bus (36€) and the cab driving charging us more than double (20€) as he was told to take us to the airport when we had clearly communicated about our destination. It is our first time travelling to Albania and we are only 3 girls dealing with the whole disappointment. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone as don’t want them to suffer!

The bathroom was small and initially looked quite nice and stylish but the door opened into the bathroom against the shower cubicle so if you were a larger person you'd struggle to get in. The shower head was also a waterfall type shower which was high up and with the low pressure it took some doing to wash hair etc. The shower was also open at the front with just a screen on the side separating the shower from the sink so the water went everywhere on the floor nearly flooding it every time it was used. Made the mistake of putting the bath mat down on the floor before I was aware of this so that got soaked within seconds of the shower being on.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, enjoyed the spa which was reasonably priced with very friendly staff. The hotel looked lovely from the outside and was just as nice on the inside. The room was big enough for me and my daughter. With plenty of storage for clothes on our short stay. The breakfast was okay but only continental so no option for anything cooked or warmed.

It's a great hotel in the city centre. There are many shops in the area and it's close to the tourist attractions. The room was comfortable, very clean, with all the facilities you need. The breakfast was delicious and various. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

We really wanted to go to SPA- It kind of is in the same building but actually it does not belong to the hotel. We were trying to book it in the morning a session for 8pm. We finished dinner earlier, arrived at 7.55pm to find out that they are too busy. They have asked us to wait...after 30 minutes of waiting we just went back to hotel. Staff of the SPA could not care less. Pity.

Hotel is great(nice room, clean, great breakfast, lovely staff) but the SPA is a bit of a deception in my humble oppinion

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The service was excellent,the room was very clean,spacious, very cozy🤩the bed was very comfortable. The location is in the center so you do not need to move by car.I will definetely be back!

Excellent! Everything was perfect. The hotel is located very close to the city center, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, the breakfast was a buffet with many salty and sweet variations and very tasty. The staff was welcoming and polite. Highly recommended!!

Add hot chocolate onto the breakfast menu not everyone likes caffeine. Also the kitchen staff I told her a plate was not clean, she looked at it rolled her eyes and put it in the middle of the pile. So I explained again and realised she understood but decided it wasn’t dirty and left it.

It was clean and in a good location. We were able to walk everywhere. Also for tours we were picked up and dropped off either at the hotel or a couple of mins walk due to narrow roads. The reception staff were great, especially the really young looking man I think his name begins with O. He was very pleasant and helpful.
