The staff as is usually the case in Tirana, goes the extra mile to help in any possible request. We needed a change in payment arrangements, the hotel immediately responded and made necessary changes. My father constant requests for assistance in IT related matters were always met with efficacy and outmost kindness. Breakfast was superb!

We stayed here after arriving at airport in the evening. .Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was more spacious that most hotel tooms. Breakfast was adequate. Car parking costs €5 in car park behind hotel. I would guess parking on street could be tricky Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

If I were to knit pick, the bathroom door was creaky and the cleaners banged the doors of rooms that they finished cleaning in the morning which woke us up twice

It was our honeymoon and the entire staff made the extra effort to make the stay special and memorable. Everyone seemed very happy and displayed genuine eagerness to help. I've been on numerous holidays and stayed at over twenty 3-5* hotels/airbnbs, and this was by far the best and genuine service I've received, hands down! The room was squeaky clean and location was really good as well with a lot of restaurants, shops and a shopping center as well.

Me and my sister had a wonderful experience at Doro City Hotel, and I highly recommend it! During my previous trip, my plans were unexpectedly cancelled, and the hotel, especially Daniel from the reservation team, refunded me without any charge at the last minute. As a gesture of appreciation, I decided to book again this time, and I’m so glad I did. The staff was outstanding, and everyone at the reception was incredibly helpful and attentive. Emri and Bukra in the breakfast area were especially kind, always greeting guests with a smile and providing excellent service. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel was also very convenient for the trips we booked, as the pick-up location was right there. Additionally, there are some excellent restaurants just a 2-3 minute walk away, so you’ll have plenty of dining options! Overall, I had a fantastic stay and will definitely choose Doro City Hotel again for future visits. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant!

The eggs at breakfast was a bit oily and cold.

Omg we loved our stay here the staff were very polite and helpful. We had to rush out one morning for our tour and didn’t put the sign on the door and they cleaned our room. 🤗🤗🤗 the kitchen staff are helpful. On our last day the lobby was packed with a group checking out and the kitchen staff prepared croissants and fruits for us. About 15-30mins walk to Tirana city centre.

Everything was 10 out of 10, including the staff and everyone else. The breakfast was also great. The bathroom had everything you will need and we had access to a big balcony. Bonus: one of the cleaning ladies tided our room without us asking them to, and we found it very respectful! Definetly recommend!

This hotel is very centrally placed. It’s closed to a shopping mall, bus and taxi stop, money changers , restaurants and not far from Skanderbeg Beg square. The reception desk is manned by Daniel who is excellent in his work, polite, courteous and always helpful to his guest. There was little issue with the sideboard lamp and while this was being fixed we were upgraded to an excellent room. I met Sabio also . He is at the reception when Daniel is away. He is also very friendly and professional. The dining hall is supported by many personnel but these two ladies Gonxhe and Bukuria were exceptional. They were very professional about their work and looked after us and other guest as best as they could.

Great Hotel The staff were very attentive , friendly and helpful especially Angelo who was always with a big smile and very kind . The hotel is really lucky to have him.
